DO NOT USE CHASE BANK! Worst customer experience I have ever had. And, I just went through it with the Passport Office and the Social Security Office. Both organizations were easier to deal with than Chase Bank. The branch manager is not given any power or resources to escalate a situation or make their customers happy. I run a successful business and had the Chase Ink for Business Cards for myself and my employees. My account was closed because they would not accept a photo copy of my SSN card, Passport and Driver's License. They wanted the physical hard copy mailed to them to "verify my account." Yeah, right!!! As a result all of the points that I had accumulated were lost never to be seen again. Many lost hours of my time, lost money for reimbursing employees for their expenses, not to mention the frustration. Travis, if you happen to see this and you want to make it right, give me a call. If you ever want to be reminded of how much Chase does not care about you, go to this branch. While you are there, make sure you meet with the branch manager, Travis I believe is his name, he will make sure he does nothing to help you but makes sure you feel unimportant. After having been a chase customer through banking or credit cards for close to 40 years, I got no help here. In other words, if you want to bank here, don't expect much support from this branch.

Patti was so extremely helpful in not only getting my issue resolved but in educating me on what I can do to avoid this same issue in the future.I will definitely keep this as my home branch

Incredibly cold customer service. If you need to tell someone no, there is a way to do so with empathy. Asked to speak to a manager because what was being explained to me did not make sense. The teller told me she was a manager.

Do not bank here if you're starting a new small business. They will hold your deposits for two weeks. All the while you have bills and employees to pay. I contacted my client; the funds were already deducted from them the same day I deposited the check and they told me they are holding funds for 2 weeks! Chase Bank can go to hell!

The bank on College has been closed all week with no explanation. There is a sign on the door that says ‘temporarily closed”, and no other explanation. It is the only Chase bank that has safety deposit boxes. We need something in our box which we cannot access. This really is not acceptable, so probably need to change banks.

They froze my account for no reason. Waited over hour and they still cannot tell me why. Now I have to wait 48 hours.

I absolutely adore this branch. I’d previously written a review for a fellow and I’m im happy to again. I worked with Peter who was so so sweet and seemed really motivated to help me out. You could hear that the branch was very busy yet ma man Peter did a great job and was super kind the whole way. I’ve always had a wonderful experience at this branch.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had regarding a bank. College Ave., Fort Collins, very difficult to find somebody who actually knew what they were doing and how to treat clients. Better take your money somewhere else.

Three bad experiences in a row. They don't care that I have banked with them for 3 years or have 4 accounts including a business account with them. The tellers are fine but the bankers are not helpful. Avoid this branch and drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the branch on north college....they are friendly and helpful!

Very nice branch, small easy to navigate they'll find someone to serve you even if you do not have an appointment but you should probably make one anyway. Everyone remembers you by name. Sort of like a neighborhood branch on a super busy street. Easy to miss! So look out for it.
