The bank employees are good, but chase as a bank is horrible. Holding checks for 10 days is to much. Taking my money out and going to a new bank as soon as the rest gets released.

Tyler at this Chase Branch is fantastic. He has helped me through the process of setting up business accounts for my small businesses, educated me on automobile loans and financing, and is always available to answer any questions.

I never went inside but what I love is the drive through ATM. 24/7 just drive up and get cash without leaving your car, doesn't get better then that!

I have good service whenever I go in for my banking needs. I am always greeted immediately with friendly faces and given goodbyes when I leave. The customer service is great and I have never had any problems

This review mainly deals with an interaction I witnessed and less about the bank itself, but all of my experiences at this location have been worthy of a 5 star rating as well.While depositing money, a man approached the teller next to me requesting a walk-in appointment with the banker. The teller, who’s name I never caught, was very friendly as he checked his schedule. He informed him that the banker is booked out for the day and is also the only on-site banker for that location; again, in a very friendly manner. The customer proceeded to cuss at him and ended the interaction by threatening to go to an attorney.Yes, completely ridiculous, I know.The teller approached the situation with a rare level of stoicism, and I commend him for not getting visibly upset with the man.I have been in customer service in one form or another my entire employed life, and situations like this never cease to have an impact, no matter the thickness of your skin.Both tellers handled the situation as well as possible and for that, they deserve some sort of recognition ??????

Our Banker at this branch has been wonderful, as have most employees we’ve dealt with. But after 11 years of doing business at Chase, we get no service from Chase corporate when our business account is blocked and threatened to be closed because our little business “did not supply requested information” when no such information was ever requested of us. Our funds were confiscated and we were not allowed to access our funds until we gave them the phone numbers of all our clients so that they could “verify” that the clients actually issued us checks which had already been deposited and cleared! Shame on you! You almost put our little business out of business and created days of chaos and work we didn’t deserve. Clearly you don’t need nor want our business....so we plan to close our accounts soon.

RACIST EMPLOYEES!!! So my husband started a new job and he needed to open an account. The bank teller first told my husband that he couldn't "cash his check because he had no money in his account". Which absolutely makes no sense because he has never had an account there. Then she proceeds to tell him that she cannot help him set up a bank account there for whatever reason and told him he needed to make one online. He put in his information and it did not work. He is of color so I believe this had something to do with their rudeness. They were setting up this white woman a brand new account and talking to her. I just think it's ridiculous that I'm this day of age white people are still so racist.
