I do not recommend this branch. We have been to this Chase branch on Boardwalk several times before, and I will not be coming back because of the unprofessional customer service and lack of training of their employees. The first teller that I had to deal with, Annelise Topmiller did not even know how to look up my business account. She was in a hurry to tell me that my credit card was not showing in “her” system and basically, I do not have an account with Chase. Of course that was not the case. Even though I mentioned to her multiple times that we do have a business account it did not matter to her. Besides she was loud, acting like she is the “boss”, and assured me that we would not get any help if I keep denying her findings. I requested to speak with a supervisor, and Misty Ruby came along with the same attitude, rude and cocky, supporting the findings of Annelise T. We did not get intimidated by any means, and requested to speak with a manager. We got to speak with Dustin Martin a private client banker. It took him a while to figure out that the way our business card was entered into the system by Annelise Topmiller was not correct. Thus, the system did not recognize our card to begin with. When we asked Dustin M. to give us some information as why this card was declined by a vendor, his attitude was: “You can call the 1-800 number”. So, even though we were there in the branch, he was acting very lazy as if we bothered him already. BTW, the branch was not busy at all, there was only one other customer while we were there. At the front desk the employees were acting unprofessional, being loud and laughing. Apparently, we interrupted their “party”. We told Dustin M, that we are here in the branch, and we prefer that he take care of the issue now. Finally, he did call somebody and get more details. It is very sad to see that these employees don’t understand that without customers and their money, they would be out of jobs.

Thi is the branch where i opened my account more than 12 years ago!!! They dont even answer the phone anymore!!! I give them a low lifes rating!!!

This location is full of cocky and arrogant customer service people. I don't expect to get a response but I won't be back here. Hopefully the other branches are more patient and less opinated about ones personal finances HORRIBLE BRANCH RUN FAR

Unbelievable that there is no restroom facilities for customers at your Boardwalk Dr branch in Ft Collins, COTime to change banks for one that takes their customer’s well-being over their greed for their clients money.Unconscionable.Who has time to search for toilet and then come back to do banking biz.Bye for another toilet….and for another bank. Permanently.

They closedy account out of no where. When I called for an explanation I was told they don't have to give me one. I found it to be disrespectful. Maybe if they gave me an explanation I would have felt better about the whole thing but apparently bare minimum is too much.

They overcharge for counter checks, which should be free. They have updated their app so I can no longer use it with my phone. Canceling my account.
