“Good prices, good variety. Staff was out of this world. So patient, helpful, kind and sincere. Lucy and one other employee I didn’t catch her name. Both of them walked us through the store but not in a pushy way, in a genuinely kind manner. My son was struggling and I have left stores in similar situations but these 2 employees were so sweet that I felt welcome and was able to finish my quick shopping trip. The staff deserve a raise and I am so thankful to have had such a great experience. I live 3 hours round trip from this location but I will absolutely opt to come back to this location in the future over the others in northern Colorado. Thank you”

“An absolute treasure in Fort Collins! Kids seem to have a 6th sense for where they are welcome and where people genuinely enjoy them. Clothes Pony is one of those welcoming places 🩷 Beyond that, we are thankful for the different price points. Sure, there are pricier items here or there, but it’s clear that they want to be an affordable toy store for everyone and they always are so kind and thoughtful in how they engage our kids.”
