Seth gave me amazing service. He was completely professional and tried to satisfy all my needs with a new smartphone.
His only restraints were those placed by Xfinity, such as limited stock on hand and poor billing practices.
Other than that, the help I received was above par.

While I have had less than satisfactory experiences before, I don't want to take away from the fantastic service I received from my last visit with John Lahmeyer. John is one of the most knowledgeable members of the team, that is not only kind, friendly but knows the products and services very well. He was able to help me with my plans that had me smiling at the end of the visit. Truly an exemplar for the business.

Jacob was Quick to solve the issues. And so sweet! Offered hiking advice while we waiting for phone to upload. Great Conversationalist.. and fix to quick. Wow. You're lucky to have him. Raise is necessary!

Joe helped us set up our xfinity service and mobile service he was so nice and helpful and were were in and out so fast, he helped us with some super great deals, great customer service!!

The actual experience at the store, perfectly fine.
Post-store dealing with their online billing system, horrendous. I get a bill in the mail and expect to be able to pay it through the online portal... but then cannot b/c they've locked my account. My only alternative is mailing a check (since I no long live in the area). Pretty ridiculous for 2024, why do you make it so difficult to pay you?

Highly recommend making an appointment! If you walk in, plan to wait! Wanted to get one specific channel, bought the recommended package assured we would get that channel and find out after book up that it didn't come with the channel requested. Another trip in to the store with a different salesman revealed that to get the wanted channel would double the package price agreed upon. ?

What a disappointment!! I have been trying to talk to a PERSON about our service for over an hour. I will travel to our store here tomorrow, after the snow to see if they can help with the problems we are having with Xfinity.
