I’ve been working with this bank since 2010. They have always been extremely courteous, professional, and welcoming. Chris, the bank manager, has really done a fantastic job with this location and his staff.

Mark Romero is an asset for your bank. He has been so helpful and courteous. He so knowledgeable and given us such good advice. We have worked with Troy Brennan with a home loan. We recently moved from Buena Vista to Ft Collins and wanted to use a local bank. Troy recommended his bank in Ft Collins. We opened our checking and savings accounts with Mark. We are selling our home in Buena Vista so have had many issues with transferring funds from High Rocky Bank to your bank. Dealing with Social Security and OPM. Mark is the reason we are grateful to have found a great bank. George & Julia Robinson

The worse community banks I have ever been to if i could give zero stars i would. Went to deposit a check and got questioned like I was a criminal by management. I will be closing my account here. They felt the need to ask me where I worked, what branch I was in, what position I worked. I have been very sick the past couple days and to feel belittled the way I did here was completely unacceptable. The workers should not be judging people. Do not bank here!

The Fort Collins Branch is so incredibly wonderful. I was dealing with an absolute nightmare due to a vendor double charging me. Christina was not only sympathetic to my situation, she went a step further and completely took control of the situation to ensure my money was returned to my account. So grateful to bank here!

I was trying to cash a check that was issued from this bank . Very ostentatious property, although there was a bit of overgrown greenery. Walking inside, There was one person at the counter and two people in offices, with at least 15 other offices empty, giving a ghost town type of feel, and the appearance of the building made me feel as though they had wasted an enormous amount of money for three people to ignore me. I had to wait about 2 minutes before the person at the counter was finished with whatever he was doing. As this bank was the issuer of a personal check that I was trying to cash, I didn't think that there would be a $5 fee just to cash a $60 check.

They are never open when there hours say they will be. Nothing saying they are closed but yet j have no access to my own bank. I'd reccomend anywhere else. If you put a check through the atm here there a good chance you won't see your money for 4+ days. No where else has these problems.

My husband and I banked with CBC for years and we were their biggest fans. And loved their personal attention to all their customers and could not have been happier with their amazing customer service. Several years ago they changed... Their service started to go and then they made changes and our FREE checking accounts started getting monthly fees. With multiple accounts with them, this started to add up. We were surprised and asked about why if we had been with them before the fees and they gave us no reason just that all their accounts now have fees. We slowly started closing and moving our accounts out of the bank and never got a call or a care that they were losing our business. We had one final account to close and we had not used it for more than 6 months and all it was doing was incurring the $10 fee. We asked over the phone if we could close it and they said we had to come in... This past month their $10 fee caused the account to be overdrawn and resulted in a $30 overdraft fee. They did nothing to reverse the fee and for more than 6 months they had been collecting $10 for an account that was not being used. Instead of refunding the $30 overdraft fee they made us pay it in order to even get the account closed. SERIOUSLY BAD BUSINESS!!! Please, if you are searching for a bank, save yourself and DO NOT bank at Community Banks of Colorado.
