A great shop for people with low-mid level experience with computers.The people of this shop are wonderful and really try their best to charge you a fair price and find a solution to your computer troubles.However, we ended up hitting a wall with them when our computer was consistently crashing. After bringing the computer to them several times, they were unable to provide any solutions and kept sending the computer back without properly testing to make sure the issue was resolved. From the sounds of it, they mostly performed tests we had already tried and didn't listen to the error codes or information we had already collected when trying to fix the computer ourselves.We then took the computer to another store, provided all the information (they asked for error codes, the tests we'd performed, etc.), signed a proper contract that overviewed our rights and expectations (computer doctors does not currently have any contract when they take your computer, which can be scary with a $1200 tower), and received a solid answer within a couple days.A crucial part of our computer was failing and needed to be replaced and we couldn't get any solid answers when our computer was with these guys for weeks. A week at this other shop and the computer is better than new.In short, these guys aren't a bad option. If you don't know much about computers and have an issue, this is a good, cheap place to start. If you have a custom build and some knowhow, you're probably better off taking your computer to another shop that's better equipped.

Needed a part replaced within my laptop. Quite a scary thing that I put off for months. They were awesome. Replaced the part easily while I waited. Very knowelgeable staff. The laptop is running so well now. I wish I'd done it earlier. Thank you very much!

Excellent service. Polite and helpful. I had problems reformatting and reinstalling Mac OS. They had my problem solved in less than 3 minutes from walking in the door.

My elderly laptop finally bit the dust and I do love supporting local small businesses, so I went to Computer Doctors to see what they had refurbished. There were a couple laptops but a chose a business-grade desktop all-in-one and am so delighted. Great price, they ported all my data over, and are the nicest (= not condescending) guys ever. Big thumbs-up.

This place has my absolute heart. I have been bringing my computer here for many years, and they never disappoint. The staff makes my day every time I see their faces! They even send their employees to my home to help me with all of my tech problems and I trust them so much that I let them come and fix my problems when I’m not home. They are loyal, honest, trustworthy and personable and I recommend them to everybody. They’re even great with pets and my dog loves them!

I came to this place because my boyfriend got his PC fixed here with no problems. I have a MacBook Pro, and the screen was turning black after it running for a couple of minutes. I came in, told them what was happening, and they said they would get back to me within 3-5 business days after paying $50. On the 6th business day, we called since we hadn't heard from them. They were confused about what we wanted fixed, and then said they "messed with" my computer for a while, and it was working perfectly fine. They offered to charge me more and redownload MacOs (which was not needed for my issue), I declined. We went in the next day to pick it up. When doing that, there was a second $50 charge on my invoice, and the employee was confused about it, and I was confused because the charge wasn't showing up on my card either. They blew off the random charge, saying they would refund me if it went through. But, of course, when I got home and started using my computer, the screen went black again within 10 minutes of me using it. I decided to take it to another computer repair, since this place was so disorganized, and clearly didn't "mess with" my computer enough to find or solve the issue.The next place I took my computer to got back to me within two hours saying I needed a new display. Got it ordered and fixed within 4 days and only paid $99 for the service, and my computer has been working perfectly fine since.I don't know if this place was just experiencing a little hiccup in organization, or if it was because I was a woman coming into their store with an Apple product- which I feel like is the case because their costumer service was perfect when my boyfriend took his PC there- but it was a huge waste of my time and money.They did not take me and my issue serious, and pocketed my $50 after doing nothing to properly figure out my display was needing to be replaced.

I had an issue with my laptop and went into the store. They fixed it immediately. It was a simple fix so there was no charge. They've earned all my future business.

I have done business with Computer Doctors since 2013. I bought quite a few computers for my business at that time. Since then I have purchased a couple refurbished laptops for my own personal use. Recently I started having problems with my 7 year old lap top. I knew they were the only company I could trust. I stopped by with my old laptop and talked to Martin and Nick. Both were very helpful with my options. I ended up buying another laptop due to the minimum repair costs, age of the computer etc. Unfortunately not able to give them ten stars. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wow, amazing service. I went to geek squad and ran diagnostics and they told me NOTHING. Went here, and they were confident and knowledgeable about a really messed up issue with my gaming pc. So glad they were able to help.
