Rob worked with me to transfer from a Dell with an old operating system to a MacBook. He was so thorough and all my data, including Quicken etc., transferred seamlessly. He set my new computer up to work for my needs and answered all my questions. Rob is great to work with. If you want it done right the first time, call Rob.

Great service and quick response!! After I messaged Rob describing a problem with my MacBook, he phoned to advise me, and emailed links with instructions on doing some resets, which solved the issue. He saved me from having to take the MacBook to him, and saved me a lot of money. Highly recommended!

Rob was very efficient, professional and patient, answering all my questions and fixing my iPhone problems. It was well worth his fee for the short time it took compared to hours on the phone with Apple and no fix. I highly recommend him.

I purchased a new Mac Pro a few weeks ago. I was given Rob’s business card by a computer repair company in Ft Collins. I called Rob and set up an appointment to help me set up my new Mac. In particular I needed help moving my more than 8,000 photos from my iPhone my Mac as well thousands of old photos. I found Rob to be reliable, professional, and a real problem solver! He worked remotely with me which was a big plus since I live between Cheyenne and Laramie. If you want an expert who listens to you and helps you resolve any issue on your computer look no further.

After being ripped off for a huge amount of money by a fake IT company in order to rid my laptop of malware, I emailed Rob at Computereaze (a local IT company) and begged for help. I read all the five star reviews his company has received. He responded quickly and after patiently answering my questions about his business I paid a very reasonable fee after he secured my computer from that international crime ring.I finally have some peace of mind and have learned a hard lesson.DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, ADS from any person or group that you do not know. Do your research first. DO NOT PAY UNDER PRESSURE.

Five stars for Rob Sireno and ComputerEaze. I can unequivocally recommend him as being honest, trustworthy and extremely competent. He responds quickly, gets the job done and is fairly priced. His honesty is what I appreciate most since when working he has access to my computer. Real old-fashioned work ethic with up-to-date skills - Wow!

Rob is a true professional: helped this middle age father fix an old Mac for his basic use needs at a fair price. Also, we had a few laughs along the way - the guy in seat 32B does not get to fly the plane!

Robert was great! I left a voicemail and he called me back that day and he sent me a link for me to fix my computer. It took me less than 15 minutes. This is my new place to take my computer for any repair or purchase in the future!

Of all the IT tech places I contacted locally for help with 3 issues over the weekend, Rob is the only one who responded back. He called me back promptly Monday morning. Nice guy, and very knowledgable, but not able to fix all my software and hardware issues. Still 2 out of 3 isn't bad. Issue #1. Some emails that came in one day looked corrupted on my computers and in iCloud, but not on my iPhone. Rob made an unbelievably obvious suggestion that neither Apple's tech rep nor I thought of. Forward them from my phone to myself. That worked. They came in everywhere looking normal. Issue #2. Broken VMware Fusion virtual machine (vm for short) software, where the business, financial and investment management software apps were running that I use almost daily for work. It was caused by one or more updates Apple sent out, that their tech rep insisted I do to fix issue #1. I told her I didn't want to do them because I was afraid they would break the vm software. She said I needed to do them to fix the Mail client. Well, the updates not only did NOT fix my Mail client, they broke the old vm software, which I'd been using for years, and w/o it I can't run the other software, as it's also old. And since it's all 3rd party programs, Apple's tech reps can't help. So, I asked a friend in London, UK for help, via Skype, who's almost in the same boat with the same old software, and is also much more tech savvy than I. Yet, after several hours of trying various possible solutions, we found nothing worked. He said I needed to call for local IT help, as he was too tired by then (it was 10 pm his time) and had his own stuff to deal with too. Fair enough. He's in the midsts of a home remodel while also working from home. Rob was the only one to return my calls and emails, come Monday morning, out of the handful I sent out over the weekend before. He wasn't able to fix issue #2, but he came up with a workaround that included a newer version of my old financial software, that can run natively, and no subscription necessary. I'm teaching myself how to use it now. Not as difficult as I though either, phew! Issue #3. Old Mac mini that won't power up. After issue #2 occurred, and before I contacted the local tech reps, I thought I'd give my old Mac Mini a chance to become my dedicated, stand-alone, financial software computer. The old software ran on it w/o the need of a virtual machine. I don't really need internet access for it either, as I do all my work by manual data entry, and it could just live next to my web connect mini. I don't download my transactions anyway. Had too many download errors and problems to bother doing that anymore. Also, I can scrutinize the entries more closely as I go, doing it my way. Anyway, Rob basically asked if I really wanted to spend the money to fix it, because finding parts will be close to impossible, considering its age, and there's no guarantee he could get it running either. So the old Mac mini is a brick for now. I'm just going to leave it for when I have some spare time (ha!) or I feel like learning how to take it apart and rebuild it, if that's even possible (parts?). Maybe I'll recycle it, or turn it into a sculpture. I'm envisioning a project my granddaughter and I can do in the future. She's so curious about everything, but she's only 2 now. Oops, got off topic there. I know this has been a long review, but details help when you're looking for just the right person or business for your needs. Would I call Rob again in the future for help? Absolutely, though he was more expensive than I expected, but I'm back up and working away sooner than if I hadn't called him, and that's a huge, HUGE load off my mind. I found Rob was also easier to work with than my friend in London, due to the time difference too. Give Rob a call, if you need IT help. He won't charge you, just to ask him a few questions and see if you even need him.

I've been using ComputerEaze for 10 years, and every time I call Rob, he blows me away with his immediate response & ability to fix any problem I throw at him. His remote access services are so ideal, and keep me from driving all over town to drop my computer off and pick it back up again. I never miss a moment of my work day, and I really appreciate how efficiently he works. He teaches me a thing or two each time and always makes me laugh and feel better about my insufficient computer skills. Rob is simply the BEST at computer support & tech services. He is the IT GEM of Fort Collins.
