Nice facility, clean and quiet. But weird you do not have to type in a code to enter the main building, or use the elevator. Have storage units in the past and it added a level of security and confidence in the facility.

Erwin at Guardian Storage is a great guy. He helped me get setup with a unit and everything I needed in no time. They have indoor, climate controlled units of good size for great prices. Locked behind a fence and electric gate, your stuff will definitely be secure as well. The areas are very clean as well. They don't have dumpsters, but I don't think most storage places offer them. The customer service and safe, clean, quality space that's better than any other storage company I've used. You won't have to worry about pests or rodents and your rental comes with property insurance on top of that. Highly recommended - I wouldn't wouldn't actually recommend anybody except for Guardian Storage.

I recently rented an environmentally controlled unit from Guardian Storage for the third time. Each facility, including this most recent is so incredibly secure, well-kept, and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend Guardian Storage to my friends, family, and anyone else. 10/10

The property mgr and his associates are Exceptionally Kind and Highly appreciated I recommend everyone uses them for any and all storage needs they blow their competition clearly out of the water with their customer service alone the units are adequate and kept maintained ideally than any Uhaul storage location as well as the poorly staffed Stor n Lock storage business here in fort collins I have ever used or seen in my whole 38 years of life ? Irwin is the absolute best I apologize in advance if I have spelled his name wrong

Clean and easy to access. I stored stuff there for years, and it was remarkably clean when I moved it out. Access is via a coded gate. Flatbed carts are available on site.

I moved to Florida in 2022. Put my belongings into storage at this location. The employees are always kind and understanding regarding any questions or issues. I'm definitely be renting them again. Thank y'all! You rock!?

Guardian Storage was the best storage option I used in Fort Collins. The property manager was super nice and helped me out, and the property is definitely secure and clean compared to others. I would definitely use this service again and I would 100% recommend to family or friends living in Fort Collins.

Guardian Storage is amazing to work with! They've donated a spot to house Girl Scout cookies for troops to pick up during the Girl Scout Cookie program. Being a nonprofit means the money we are saving goes to the girls and the programs we have for them! I cannot thank Erwin and his staff enough for everything they have done for us!

I never had any issues getting into my unit. Staff was always helpful when I had questions or anything. If I need a unit again I’ll be going back here.
