Fastest friendliest most reliable pharmacy in Ft Collins

Just had a terrible experience with a very rude delivery driver late this afternoon. Wish I would have gotten a license plate number on the vehicle. Drives a white SUV. Best of luck to whomever encounters this man.

I moved to this pharmacy from another one here in town. I absolutely love the experience here. Sarah has helped both my husband and I and she remembers us both and is so friendly.

The customer service is awful. They do not know anything regarding why a prescription was put back, they cannot tell you why your prescriptions are not showing up under your account. Basically they know nothing. If by chance they do have the prescription you called in for a refill two days ago ready, you'll wait in a long line to pick it up. Go elsewhere.

I always feel taken care of by employees of CVS.
Getting an injection there is so easy and pleasant.

The absolute worst. Had to move because of insurance and feel like I’m getting a glimpse into what socialized medicine looks like. They make mistakes, don’t fill RX requests, make empty promises, and always have a line a mile long. Avoid at all costs.

If I had any choice, I would choose a different pharmacy. This one is consistently slow.

The exemplar of dysfunction. I would guess that many of us would rather deal with our symptoms than wait 45+ minutes to pick up a prescription that’s already been filled.

I see why this place gets such negative reviews! They NEVER answer the phone, there's always a long, slow moving line and the staff is rude! I can't even get through on the phone to transfer my meds to the other location in town! I was able to get through once on the provider line:) It rang twice and lo and behold someone answered! She was real helpful until she found out I wasn't a doctor's office. She scolded me for choosing that option and then she sent me to permahold hell. Haha I think if we all gang up and start calling the provider line we might get somewhere! Or at the very least get to talk to someone before we get sent to the back of the line for misbehaving!

Just called to have a prescription switched to this CVS due to insurance coverage. Unwarranted the woman was extremely rude, complaining about how backed up it was and explaining it would take 2-3 days to fill anxiety meds. And what an inconvenience it was to have to call Walgreens to switch it.
Called our doc office to switch to CVS on troutman. Contacted CVS and asked how long it would take to fill. He also said it was really backed up, but then politely asked “do you need it right away”. It was our preference and he scheduled it for 30 minute pickup. We live right next to council tree but I’d rather drive across town. Council tree pharmacy should take notes on customer service etiquette from troutman store. World of difference in service. Thanks troutman! Wonderful service!

I’ve never seen or had the displeasure of being around such an all around group of miserable, disgruntled employees. It’s always a wait, and you’re made to feel like a nuisance for being there. After the last two visits, however, we are done taking our business there. They have “incorrectly” entered our prescription coverage and we pay full price despite our coverage stating otherwise. Then, they have no idea how to refund or undo that and claim there’s no way around that. Absolutely not, find somewhere better. CVS, do better.

Rude and incompetent. At least the pharmacist “has a medical degree.” The lines speak for themselves. The incompetence and lack of communication amongst themselves (e.g., One telling me a prescription is ready the next day and then another person telling me it’s not ready till the day after.) . When they make these mistakes, they act like it’s on you when in reality it’s just a show of their incompetence and then they’re inability to take accountability for the fact, they can’t count pills and put labels on in a timely and competent manner. Not to mention the one with a”medical degree” (and professionalism. Congrats? hung up on me like a petulant child instead of responding to my questions and finishing the conversation like a professional and an adult. I guess that Basic And professionalism weren’t taught when she was getting her “medical degree.”
