If you're looking for a trustworthy repair shop avoid this place. My fiance brought in my 'broken' laptop for evaluation. They quoted her close to $800 for a battery repair and charged her $100 for the evaluation. We took it to a different shop in Loveland, $45 dollars later and it works perfectly fine and hasn't had any issues for months. These guys took advantage of her lack of knowledge and attempted to financially exploit her.

Brought my laptop in on Wednesday afternoon. The keyboard stop working. Picked up laptop Thursday at 530pm. They said it was fixed with a driver/OS update.It's Friday morn and the first time i turned on the laptop, the keyboard is still broke.Taking Laptop back today. Will update as it goes. I already paid $90 for nothing.*** update ***Ok, my laptop was fixed. I took it back and the problem could not be repeated. The service was professional.I changed my review to 5 stars because this company solved the problem in the time they said they would. No up selling or sales pitches.i would recommend them to my peers

I've used Don"t Panic IT solutions for 3 years..the first place i run to for any technical issues.. Dennis & Collin are professional, pleasant and always helpful to the end.. I recently switched laptops.. they coached me all the way with the new technology.. always asked if I had any add'l questions and invited me to call with specifics as I set up my new device. Very surprised by the high ratings on Google. They were unable to diagnose the problem with my laptop or offer possible causes other than to say there was a pressure point on the touchscreen, which did not nearly explain the problems that I reported when I brought it in, and they seemed quite unconcerned by this fact. No explanation, even tentative, was offered for why I was experiencing the problems (eg windows shutting spontaneously). They essentially ran diagnostics and update and charged $90.

They were not able to fix or even really diagnose my laptop problems and were not at all concerned by this. They took copious notes at the time of intake but were not able to tell me what could be causing the problems they wrote down, except to say I might need a new screen. This in response to telling them that windows close when I moved the laptop (not touching the screen) or even spontaneously. A waste of $90.
