Will NEVER shop here again! After being customers many times, regularly walking/driving from our home to Ace to buy anything we have needed for our current home renovation-our vehicle was unnecessarily towed. We regularly visit the store and then either go to Harbinger to grab a coffee or grab a bite at Mugs-in no particular order-often with our dog. Today, we parked in the Ace lot, walked to Mugs to grab a bite (15 mins), then walked back to Ace parking lot to our vehicle to get a part we were needing to match a fitting to and saw that our vehicle was gone. Ace immediately called to have it towed within minutes of us parking there. We went inside immediately to find out what happened. Literally Ace didn’t care that we are regular customers, didn’t care that I am VERY pregnant and now needed to walk home to get our other vehicle and then go pick up our towed vehicle from impound and pay for a needless tow. This is NOT how you treat people, especially customers that regularly shop here. Ps: their lot was empty with only 2 vehicles-it’s not like we were taking up precious space by the vehicle being parked there while we went to grab breakfast and come back to the store. We weren’t abusing the lot.

I be been in here many times only to be followed around as if I’m going to steal something I’m can’t walk around this store without every single employee asking me if I need something only to tell no I’m good and I know the staff hear me but they continue to Harass me I always leave making purchases but they still continue to treat me as if I’m someone unwelcome

Downtown Ace hardware is a destination for all things grilling! They have just about everything you could ever need from new green eggs to grilling accessories. Check out the basement when you go there. Wow!

This is the ideal hardware store. Everyone’s nice and helpful and they have all the little specific stuff you need but also have all the cool stuff you don’t need. The entire downstairs is grills and smokers it’s bonkers

The madness of Freshman move-in began like all others, fully confident we had everything. Bwahahahaha! Like all good Murphy's law scenarios the first stop only provided a fraction of what we need, plus humor, beetles and expired slimjims. I should know better. Ace came through! Four kind smiling employees later we had everything we needed and were back to setting up the dorm. Thanks!

Associate accused me of stealing while I was standing by the door trying to get phone service for a part I need. Kept having me empty my pockets and walk through. I had a Gatorade and medicine that I purchased from them right when I walked in and she told me she needed to see it to fix the machine. She then told me I need to show her my receipt. I asked her if she's really trying to accuse me of stealing right now and she told me she has to do it. Showed her my receipt and she got annoyed and walked off because it showed I paid for it. Horrible customer service.

Had an unexpected problem with a Weber grill purchased here at the start of the Fourth of July weekend. Company coming for a week and grill would not work. Explained problem to Stephanie at ACE and she was able to schedule a service guy to come out. Evan came out late Friday afternoon and was able to fix problem and now we will be able to barbeque this week.Great customer service !
