I arrived without an appointment to pick up a Porsche key and Ryan was so kind and helpful. He got my Panamera into a tech right away and they even did a 31 point inspection with video. This kind of service is above and beyond.

I didn't buy my car from Porsche Fort Collins, but boy do I wish I had! I bought my car out of state from another Porsche dealer. After months of wrangling about things that were wrong and they did not disclose, I finally contacted corporate for Porsche. The original dealer then agreed to let me take it to a local dealer for service. I chose Porsche Fort Collins. Their service department was utterly wonderful--a complete 180 from the experience I had at the original dealership. They corrected what was wrong and brought to my attention the need for an additional replacement. Ryan talked to the manager at the other dealership, and I finally ended up with what should have been done at point of purchase. Ryan was attentive, professional, understanding, and put my needs first ahead of anything else. They restored my faith in Porsche. I couldn't be happier or more grateful for their help, and I will definitely be going to Porsche Fort Collins for my next purchase!

We recently purchased a used vehicle here and were very happy with the whole transaction! Phil was kind, attentive, and worked with us until there was a satisfactory deal on both sides. Our interaction with Roy was positive as well. The only wrinkle was a scheduling snafu when we had to wait to sign our final papers. Phil did manage to get a work around figured out, as well as providing a compensatory gift, which we much appreciated. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and cordial. I personally find purchasing cars distasteful, but this experience was very positive, and we love our new vehicle! I highly recommend working with Phil Meyer!

I had a fantastic experience working with Porsche Fort Collins remotely via phone/internet, largely due to salesman Phil’s exceptional kindness, patience, and professionalism. As an investor facing liquidity issues, I needed a financing solution tailored to my situation. Phil went above and beyond, dedicating extra hours, including weekends, to explore creative financing options and secure the right bank loan for me. He clearly explained every detail, maintaining flexible communication throughout.
Phil provided a detailed video tour of the car, which was invaluable since I never visited the dealership. He also involved his manager to ensure a fair deal. When I had difficulty convincing my wife, Phil’s team secured an additional discount to help move things forward. Most impressively, when my liquidity constraints forced me to defer the purchase, Phil was incredibly understanding and supportive, making it clear I could return when ready.

I can’t speak to the in-person experience, but as a remote buyer, I asked directly about the cosmetic condition and was told the car was immaculate. After delivery, I discovered multiple cosmetic issues that should have been addressed or clearly disclosed in advance.
If you’re purchasing from out of state, I strongly recommend seeing the vehicle in person or having someone you trust inspect it thoroughly. Relying solely on the dealership’s description leaves too much room for misaligned standards and expectations.
Communication was not proactive. I had to initiate nearly every follow-up over several weeks. What began as polite interaction became less constructive over time, with responses that often felt dismissive or lacking in empathy. That was especially disappointing considering this was my first Porsche experience.
Overall, the remote purchase process felt like an afterthought—lacking the transparency, care, and attention to detail that should define a premium brand. For a brand that prides itself on precision and excellence, this experience fell noticeably short.
