We've utilized The Edwards House for larger events and for regular monthly small business chapter meetings, and the experience is always the same...GREAT! Abbie and her team do a superb job to ensure that every detail is spot-on and taken care of...and on the rare occasion when things aren't perfect, they own it immediately and make it more perfecter than you'd ever hoped. ;) Seriously though, nobody will treat you better than Edwards House for your important events.

Do not stay at a hotel, this place is FAR better!Rooms: The rooms are very inviting, clean, and comfortable! The shower is the suite is amazing and they're surprisingly quiet too.Food & drinks: The breakfast was amazing! Bailey does a great job of being welcoming and accommodating to every guest and ensures that you have everything you need.Noteworthy details: We will be back, again and again!

It's hard to find a place that you can someone is spilling their love into, and Edwards House is that place. The B&B felt cozy, clean, and luxurious. It was a few minute walk from Old Town Fort Collins, the staff was so friendly and helpful, they provided breakfast, tea and luxury robes. The entire place was remarkably clean. I will forever recommend this place to anyone that travels to Fort Collins.
