We loved living here ! Management was always very nice and easy to work with. Their maintenance man Enrique was always very fast and efficient ! It was very quiet and lovely living here for the year 1/2 we did. Ultimately we decided the space and price just wasn't for us but It's perfect for families that need the bigger space and love a nice quiet neighborhood !

Experience moving in at this community was outstanding. The property manager, Parker was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond with communication and assistance. He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent advice during application and move-in. Very happy to call this place our new home and thankful for the community staff getting us set up and settled in!

Hands down the BEST moving experience I've had! I already felt at home before I moved! Parker was so awesome and made my move from Miami a breeze! He was attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond! He made the leasing process so comfortable and easy! I was able to pick the townhome I liked (Parker emailed me pictures of the outsides of three different ones) and sign the lease online! I've also had the pleasure of meeting Enrique. He is in charge of maintenance and is very nice, attentive and gets the job done quickly! Not to mention, Enclave Townhomes are beautiful and in the best location!
I look forward to many years here!

Starting our Colorado journey here at Enclave has been phenomenal. Stacie Jo was a huge help with getting us a unit here and has always been there for us whenever we needed her. Enrique has also been a big help with getting us settled in and making sure the unit is kept up with. He’s always there when someone needs help. It’s always been nice to be able to drop in just to chat whenever Stacie Jo and Enrique are at the office. We stopped by yesterday and found out Stacie Jo is no longer the property manager here at Enclave, which is very disappointing to hear because she’s been an amazing person to work with this past year.

I've had a wonderful experience residing at Enclave Rigden Farm Townhomes. The location is fantastic, the property is beautifully maintained, and the floor plan is excellent. The maintenance service is top-notch, and the management has been outstanding in the past. However, when I recently visited the office, I was surprised to discover that Stacie Jo is no longer the manager. She played a significant role in making my time here enjoyable.

Sadly at this time we were not able to move forward with get a place here, however Stacey Jo was the absolute best! She was so welcoming and very thorough, she took her time to explain every part of the process and showed us every available condo. Every unit was clean and truly move in ready. She even invited us to come back and visit even though we weren’t moving there! I would not hesitate to move here at all!

Truly my favorite place I have ever gotten to live. The community is kind and quiet, the neighborhood is safe and clean, and the townhomes themselves feel so luxurious. Stacie-Jo and Enrique do such an incredible job managing and maintaining these properties, the community wouldn’t be the same without their dedication to their residents. With them in charge we plan to stay for a long while.

This is by far the best place to rent in Fort Collins. I’ve lived here since August of 2023 and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! The units are renovated, spacious, and well maintained. The staff is by far the best part of living here, though. I don’t know what I’d do without them. Stacie Jo and Enrique are so accommodating and thoughtful every single day!

The Enclave Townhouses are well located, beautifully maintained and thoughtfully laid out and appointed. Stacie Jo is a great communicator and cares about the tenants and their concerns. Enrique takes pride in the in the entire facility and it shows in every detail. By all accounts a great place to call home.

We moved here from out of State and we love the Community. Enrique takes great care of the property and quickly responds to my maintenance requests and has such a positive attitude. Stacie Jo and Enrique make this place really feel like home for us and we appreciate all that that they do!!

Stacie Jo and Enrique are awesome and townhouse is quite well insulated. A bit smaller on the master bedroom than I prefer but that’s a minor complaint.
