I recently rented a car through my insurance, which scheduled the rental with my preferred Enterprise location. Enterprise called ahead to confirm the time, date, and my preferred vehicle type, making sure everything was set. However, when it was time to pick up the rental, I ended up at a different location than expected. I’m not sure if I misheard the location during the confirmation call or just assumed it was the one I’ve always used—either way, I went to the Enterprise location where I’ve rented multiple times in the past few months and have always had great service.
When I provided my reservation details, there was a brief moment of confusion, but it was handled seamlessly. The team member quickly reconfirmed everything, stepped outside, handed me the keys, and I was on my way—super smooth and hassle-free.
The drop-off at the same location was just as easy. The team was friendly, efficient, and professional, and the entire process took no more than four minutes. Absolutely wonderful customer service, as always!

The car didn't have room for luggage and people. I rented the vehicle that holds 7-8...didn't realize I couldn't carry their luggage too.

One way from Austin to Fort Collins. Manager Madison Hamby noticed a cracked reflector on the rear hatch. I indicated that it was definitely there when I picked it up. Nevertheless she had me sign something and verbally indicated no responsibilities then tried to pin it on me through Enterprise claims. I happened to find a picture I took at the Austin airport with the pre-existing cracked reflector. Claims called me to close it out. CAUTION: DO NOT RETURN ONE WAYS TO THIS LOCATION. Overzealous employees with nothing better to do than harass unsuspecting customers. Do not sign anything. Return vehicles elsewhere.
Updated to 1 star since I received a claim notice letter. This was not discussed with me at drop off.
