I have been a fan of EsScentuals since Meg's Grand Opening. Stepping into the cozy shop is a like experiencing a Parisian Boutique. So many lovely scents and beautiful items to enjoy.I no longer live in Fort Collins but continue my shopping on line or with a phone call to the store. The staff is amazing.

If you’re a person of color, do NOT come here. I was followed around the store so aggressively, it completely ruined my experience. I was greatly looking forward to visiting this store as a perfume lover.I hate to see that my experience is clearly shared, as you continue to read the reviews below. She clearly wanted me out of her establishment as fast as possible, and she got what she wanted! The way they pick and choose to treat customers is clearly a reflection of mental caliber. Abu Reiha!

I literally want to live here.This place is gorgeous and inviting! The staff was sooo friendly and warm. If you like vintage apothecary vibes, give all your money to these ladies!I can't wait to go back the next time I'm in need of a gift! (I didn't take pictures in the gorgeous interior, but here are 2 things I bought)Edit (Response to owner): This candle is everything! It's my new favorite scent! Please don't ever get rid of it :D

Today I went in for the first time. The store was absolutely gorgeous and the owner and employees were so kind in giving recommendations and were very educated on the products in store. I will be coming back as soon as possible.

I have never been so uncomfortable as a customer ever. This associate followed me through out the whole shop the entire time! made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

This shop is simply gorgeous! The sales staff are super helpful in assisting you to find your ideal gift for someone, or candle/scent at home. The products are amazing and it really feels like you are stepping back in time and elegance.Highly recommend this delightful shop.

Posting anonymously because the owner has been known to find personal information about people who leave honest reviews, and attempt to ban them from her store. When I was checking out with my item, the owner made comments on the price and amount I bought, insinuating I had little money. Her comments were wildly uncalled for and made me extremely uncomfortable. Fort Collins is a college town, it’s bizarre to expect every person that walks into your store to buy a ton, especially when mediocre bubble bath costs $22. This owner is known around old town to be a horrible boss and terrorizes her employees. I recommend going just about anywhere else before you go here. Bad owners make bad businesses.

Love this boutique - feels like I’m in France. The owner and staff are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The products are amazing - a go-to shop for self pampering and gifts for others. I recently attended a perfume class which was so much fun!

Absolutely the best place to find high end apothecary items like French soaps, scrubs, body oils, natural shampoo, vintage and antique vanity nail kits, cloches, pajamas, robes and slippers. The lower level also holds art classes. The sales women were both so nice and helpful in my purchase of a vintage lipstick case from the 1920's. This shop is a real life Bell, Book and Candle in my view! A truly magical shop. When I visit Fort Collins I must stop by again.

Went here recently when I visited a family friend. Felt like I was being watched and staff was dismissive of my questions my wife even hated it here!! 1/10 would recommend people avoid this place at all cost!!!

This place is so special and rare. They've been doing indie beauty before it was a thing. If anything needs to be preserved in old town it's this shop.
