“My visit was great, the nurse was very sweet, the doctor actually sat and listened to me and my issues. My only negative is when I got the call with my blood results, the person who called rushed through the results and got upset when I asked her to repeat and explain. I still don't know exactly what my results are? She said just go online, well if I could I would! Sure hope there's nothing horribly wrong with me!”

“I met with Dr Blackler for my annual physical. Dr Blackler was as thorough as one could get, asking questions and listening to my answers and my concerns. The office staff and technicians were absolutely the best, friendly and professional. My blood draw was done there in the office so I did not have to go elsewhere. I was referred to UC imaging, the referral paperwork was there before I arrived there. There may be offices that are as good as Dr Blackler’s office, but there are none better.”

The only ones who do NOT go through A phone bank ( being on hold forever from people who are not at the doctors office is how UC health does it but not this awesome place! I had to leave them because of insurance but I have decided it is worth getting g new insurance to get them back!
As soon as I know what insurance they take
I will leave UC health (which is very similar to village medical & I believe they filed for bankruptcy) this doctor’s office is like how doctor offices once were-knowing and caring for their patients.”
