They've moved everything online and closed all their in person stores. They only suggested to go to their website and order online.Hard to order online when you don't know the exact size you need.

Fastenal has decided that they will sell to account holding customers only. I can no longer bring a piece inside and see if I can find a bolt/ washer/ stud to fit it.This was the only reason I have ever gone to a Fastenal. Before the response comes in, if I knew the size and scope of what I needed, I would order from a better retailer. So no I cannot order online and pick up in store.

If you really need it you can always overpay at Fastenal. They are going down hill. New location is curbside only and weird hours for pickups.

First off, they didn't bother to mention they have moved locations. Second, Randy decided that helping a customer and getting a sale, he would rather mention the fact they closed at 5. Then proceeds to cut me off while talking. While taking my card number he proceeds to yell at me to stop talking, so he could answer the phone. Pretty irritated at the whole situation.

Horrible customer service come in looking for a pen a certain diameter and a certain length and pretty much just get told to go somewhere else it was like I was inconveniencing her to have to actually look for something definitely will take my business elsewhere

Great help! Went in looking for a specific threaded rod of a certain material, and they did not have it unfortunately. But, they instantly offered multiple other ways to help me find what I was looking for.
