The customer service here is down right awful. I felt like I was a hassle for just trying to ship a package. The woman was very hostile with me.

Called and asked for help. The woman on the other end was very kind, and willing to try to help me with a weird issue. No solution found, but it's the attitude and effort that count. :) Grateful for kind people like the ones who work here.

Bad customer service. I went in for a happy return and the girl told me the QR code has expired. I spend 10 minutes trying to request another QR code online and was unsuccessful. The guy then came in and said I should call customer service.I went to Staples and the QR code work just fine and it had no problem with my return.Would Not recommend

Don’t go to this location. They always try to upsell you. They try to force you to buy their box/ shipping supplies and say that it is corporate policy. Only location I have ever experienced this.

If you're a business owner or have a business account, don't even bother worth this location, they are right next to a Trailer Park and treat everyone who comes in as of they are trying to steal from them. I went to this location once and it's ran by people who can only be described as meth addicted Karens. Only needed to bill an account for packaging and they treated me like i was trying to hold them hostage. Now FedEx itself has lost our companies business. You can even tell in the reviews that they hired ppl to give good reviews to offset these bad ones... even put it in one. Such a dishonest company and owner.

I had a package set for delivery today and then it changed to not being delivered today... I tried calling customer service but FedEx makes it impossible to speak to a live person anymore. I hate that service has gone downhill so much from this business that it's like calling a offbrand product hotline that has no service center anymore. When you call UPS you can get a live person right away and that makes me feel better right off the bat when deliveries go south like this.

I recently went in store and sent a $60 fax that was never received by the recipient. FedEx is refusing to give me a refund because their system says it went through. I have confirmed the number of the recipient is correct and that they have had no other problems receiving faxes.

The FedEx Store in Fort Collins, CO off Snow Mesa has amazing management and staff! They always strive for excellence and offer a great customer service experience. I highly recommend them!!

I have no tracking #, the company who sent package can't find information. I called Fed Ex & was hung up on once, called back & told without a # they can do nothing. Was told by Roberto & Angela I could not talk to a supervisor. Lousy, unprofessional customer service. Will never use them if possible & will tell everyone I know & beyond.

Great service! I was nicely greeted by the woman behind the counter. I had a pre-paid document to send for my insurance company. I just emailed the shipping label to Fedex then they printed it out and put it in an envelope. Just a few minutes and I was out of there.
