Ryan was so helpful. He helped me find the right paper for my project and was very patient while I sorted out technical difficulties. He also did a great job multitasking and helping other customers while I needed more time to figure out emailing my files from my phone. Great job!!

Shelby and Johnathan at FedEx helped me with a same-day print of some brochures that I needed for a conference. They were both patient and great to work with — giving me good recommendations that made my final print perfect. I also watched them help a number of other people with a wide range of things and they were so kind every time. I’ll be printing everything here moving forward.

Mitch was absolutely incredible. After trying 3 other locations, Mitch not only helped us get a label, package a very fragile art piece, but also helped direct us through the next steps that we needed. He turned a stressful task with a quickly approaching deadline into something manageable.

Johnathan ?Disrespectful ignorant workers use the fact that they get paid bottom dollar and have people waiting in line as an excuse to rush me and half a$s their job. Popcopy wannabe Johnathan claimed to be the boss but was rude and unhelpful, gave inaccurate information and refused to clarify when asked. He was clearly not the boss of his own emotions. Dude threw an adult temper tantrum ? This type of customer service is disgraceful and should be used as an example of how not to behave and a weak link in how far society has fallen from connection. I will be happy to search online and pay more money than to have cheap cards made by people who hate the clients and their own job.

Needed help with labels and getting equipment shipped. The sweet lady with long hair was super helpful. Unfortunately the old decrepit bitter man was the downfall to this review. VERY RUDE. Even ignored me and then proceeded to argue with me. Please check your cameras as I am blatantly staring into them, just thinking to myself “how is this man working in customer service?”
Will not be coming back!

Had my documents printed here because their information clearly indicated they were open on Thanksgiving, and the person I talked to on the phone the day before did not correct me when I indicated I would be picking up my documents tomorrow.The building was closed, leaving me wasting money and time. Very unprofessional.
