Refused to hold a package while i was on vacation and refused to let anyone pick it up who doesn’t live with me. Once I realized I was helpless they hung up.

Usually I'm in and out in no time. Today, no one came from the back to the desk for the longest time and I waited until I almost gave up! Hopefully, this was just a one time thing. Until today, the service has always been friendly and timely.

One of the better FedEx locations I’ve been to. The location was nice considering others have been tucked into a strip mall somewhere. The woman at the counter was nice, helpful and was accurate about when my package would arrive.

My package requires a signature. I knew it was arriving before 10:30am today.I sat by my window from 8am to 10:30am to make sure I did not miss the delivery.At 10:30am I logged on to see they said it was attempted to be delivered at 10am, but no one was home.I looked at my front door to see if they left a "we missed you" like they are supposed to. However, no note was left on the door.My assumption is the driver was busy and completely lied. No one showed up at my door or stopped in front of my house today.Bad service trying to skip deliveries when they are busy.

FedEx is such garbage, and no matter what I do I can't get through the voice machine and speak to an actual person. I paid extra to have my package sent to me in Idaho from this facility, it was supposed to arrive today. Instead it's somehow in Tennessee and now scheduled to arrive on Monday.I leave the state for three weeks on Sunday. I at the VERY LEAST need a refund for the shipping rate paid because FedEx is not fulfilling its obligations.I've always used UPS in the past. Took a chance on FedEx this one time. Never again if this is not resolved and it's pretty freaking clear FedEx has no interest in resolving it.

Worst Fedex ever. Gave my information about a package to someone else. And when I called to get information on my package they refused to help me and update my address. Cooperate was no help at all. I will make sure I don’t use Fedex ever again.

FedEx is just in a very expensive way to have a lot of aggravation getting something delivered late.

Not the best place, has weather delays on 60* days and hires employees who don’t know areas so your package will come two to three days after it’s delivery date.
