The obese man in this branch had zero customer service. I would rather switch to a different bank than to be humiliated each time I visit for no reason.

Everytime I go in there they are super rude to me, especially the one who was dressed like a lumberjack! They didn't want to help me open an account so I had to leave and go to another FNBo who where more than happy to help

It works fine. I can see my money for my checking, but that's it. I'm only 17 so I'm still under my parents account. But I've asked to be able to see my saving, and I did all the paper work and everything. Now 4 weeks later they have done nothing. Terrible service. You should try getting it done as fast as you can for any customer. But you guys basically ignored me. IDK if it's something wrong with the machine or with the network, or maybe the app. And if it is one of those things, you guys need to fix it. If it's not, then it's just terrible service. So for right now, it's going to be 1 stars unless proven otherwise

Takes forever to have cash deposit processed, trying to order Christmas gifts it's been 3 days since I deposited cash but it's still not available for me to use. So I guess this Christmas will have to do without gifts since this bank decided to take it's sweet time to process. Apparently only $100/ per deposit is available right away, and the rest have to wait for who know how long.

This bank is trash. Just went to pull out cash of an amount that my account said AVAILABLE BALANCE, could only give me a fraction of the money and blamed Venmo. I said even if I went to the ATM?? To which they snarled yes. so I took my fraction of cash, went to the ATM and immediately preceded to pull out the full amount of cash available to me. because, duh? figure it out

This bank is OK. Had banked here for 12 years. Had all my personal, kids, savings, and girl scout accounts all here for that time. Most of the people used to know who we were. However it seems since we left all but 1 account there is June to canvas they have had a high turnover.A year ago my personal debit card and troop debit card were stolen. The thief drained nearly $9,000 in an hour. This was mostly girl scout money. I don't ever personally have that much $.I never spent money like that and their fraud department didn't catch it. My husband's bank which had the credit card that was also stolen notified him. Then I saw my other cards were gone as well. I spent an hour trying to get through to fraud department before I could actually get someone. Finally was able to get thr account closed.Later on that year, I needed something from the bank to verify something or password help. I couldn't give the info they wanted which was a transaction on a specific date. Who it was and amount. Hello!!! I was locked out of online banking. And the fraud department locked my account! I was pissed.The people who were here were friendly and helpful. No idea about staff now.I'm glad to be officially moving on though. The last year and half had some stressful moments!

This is by far the best bank in Fort Collins!! I met my new banker and he was nice, friendly and made sure that he didn't point me in the wrong direction. This bank makes sure your taken care of like your family and he answered all my questions and made me feel secure and protected. THIS is the bank you want.
