This is the worst bank I have ever experienced. I can't get MY MONEY out of the bank for 2 weeks and am not told why. I am closing my account ASAP!

I can not stress how impressed I am with Beth Hile and her customer service. I spoke with her after having concerns/issues with my old bank. I made the change to FNBO and have nothing but good things to say.

This branch is the rudest. Kat helped me today and she was super stand off ish and just acted as if everything was an inconvenience for her. She was very rude to me the entire time.

Years ago now I came to this branch to get set up with my first ever checking account. I think the woman who helped me back then is named Beth. I still remember how nice she was as I was taking that scary step towards adulting, and how she talked me through what to expect.Thanks Jesus, Kelly and Truman for helping me get a new card today.

It is impossible once they update their online banking corporate refuses to help you bank mangers have no clue how to update it took me 4 months to get online banking back have no choice but to go in every week to get history reports

After solely using another bank for my personal banking needs, I decided to go to fnbo to open a small business checking account after receiving a flyer in the mail advertising a great deal. There, I met with the ray of sunshine that is Tina. Tina went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me & thoroughly educate me during our time together. Her positive attitude was infectious and her kindness was heartwarming. It was apparent that she genuinely cared about me & my small business. I’m now set up for success with my business and have found my banking home! Thank you, thank you, thank you Tina and fnbo.

I have been banking at this branch for my personal and business accounts for almost 20 years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly, especially Anna.

I came into the bank without knowing what to do about a check issue I had, and I was given the best customer service I've received before. The woman who helped me was genuinely interested in helping and kind, and her cheeriness brightened my day. That was over a year ago, and I still remember it as the best experience I've had.

My experience at First National Bank has been amazing. All of the staff has always been incredibly nice and helpful! Specially banker Daniel Silva! He has been the most helpful and willing to solve problems!

I feel SO fortunate to be connected with the FNB on Boardwalk. After reading ALL the bad reviews from other branches, I just had to add my two cents. I have been banking with two different FNB branches since roughly 2011: Boardwalk and Boyd Lake. The employees have ALL gone out of their way to help me. Most recently, "Richard", Caitlin, "Nuvia", and "Tiffany" have been just OUTSTANDING! I could name the different ways, but it really doesn't matter. What DOES matter I think, is that people are what you make of them. Just today, which prompted this review, I spoke with Tiffany, who just graduated with a degree in finance from CSU. Such a sweetheart. Did all the little things I asked of her (3 separate bundles of money; different denominations in each bundle, etc.) with a smile and a CAN-DO attitude. Since I was there at a slower time, we had time to chat, SO WE DID. C'mon folks . . . . treat people the way you'd like to be treated. You might be surprised at the results. I no longer am.

This location has been a family favorite for a very long time. They provide excellent customer service in a timely manner. I finally decided to open an account with First National and immediately went to this location. They took my name, and told me to wait a bit for someone to call my name. I hadn't even sat down yet before the lady, who handled my new account info, called my name. She worked very quickly to open my account and was extremely friendly and outgoing. She provided any and all information I needed, and left me with no questions unanswered. The tellers I, and others in my family, have worked with have all been extremely friendly, helpful, and quick in their work. It took no longer than 20-25 minutes to open an account, set up online banking, and deposit into multiple accounts. And it takes maybe 5-10 minutes when going in for general deposits, withdrawals, etc. So far I am very pleased with this particular location.
