My name is Zachary Risenhoover and I am visiting from Westminster. Today Hannah helped me and was extremely helpful and great to talk too.

I went to open 3 accounts and Itzel B. Was very helpful and patient. We stole 3 hrs of her time including her lunch and she was still very sweet and helpful. She answered all of the questions we had and she explained everything to us. I really appreciate her and what she did.

Atm is broken way too much. Not sure why they have such problems keeping it working but I have pulled up way too many times to find the atm temporarily out of order.

This branch has the slowest drive-up tellers of any bank I've ever had. Why? I frequently have to push the "Call for Service" button to get someone.

Poor management. Height of COVID in community and this establishment doesn’t understand how to wear masks indoors - the highest risk for exposure. Employees routinely take masks off while at their desks (not an enclosed office, but in the shared main room, even when they are about 5-6 feet from someone else). Some tellers leave noses exposed or take masks off while talking on the phone - you can talk on phone and wear a mask. I recommend choosing another branch that cares more about public health practices and their employees’ and customers’ safety.

Nothing but problems at this location. ATM almost never is working. Tonight I tried one last time at this branch. Card reader at ATM is jammed with something to where no cards will be read, zero notice to customers. Poor management.

I have never had better banking service. They are the best at business banking I have ever dealt with. I still have various relationships with numerous other banks in Northern Colorado, but none compare to 1st Bank. They will elevate your business to the next level

My husband and I have banked at this bank for over a decade. Everyone is friendly and low key. However, they have a new lady (branch manager?) that is over the tellers and and she is loud, sassy, and arrogant. She screams out "They'll be with you shortly" from across the lobby. She treats the employees like they are stupid idiots. I don't enjoy going to the bank anymore.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I am insulted and will ensure no one I encounter banks with this bank. I was a new customer and opened an account with 1st Bank. At the time of account opening I was promised a $200 bonus when direct deposit was set up but was not disclosed any other requirements. I set up my direct deposit and when the $200 did not post to my account I called spoke to 4 different people who told me that I did not follow the requirements for deposit amount and time frame and therefore no exception could be made and I would not receive the $200 even though I was fully willing to increase my direct deposit the extra $150 to meet the requirements. I was even told by an officer of the bank that the new account rep I dealt with “...never forgets to disclose this information.” Essentially calling me a liar. Then I was told by him “This bonus is reserved for GOOD customers of the bank.” So I also somehow haven’t qualified as a GOOD customer.

Great Banking Experience. I recently changed my bank to First Bank and I could not be happier. Within my first months of being a customer, they caught a small mistake that I made, contacted me and fixed it before it cost me hundreds of dollars. Matt Miller and the branch president went above and beyond to help me close on a loan. Great bank, great people. Highly recommend.

Phoned in to speak with a recommended loan officer. The person on the other end tried to switch me from the recommended person to himself. I insisted and ended up getting an appointment. The day of the appointment the person who tried to switch me tried again! It turns out no appointment was made. It was a setup to grab my business away from the other loan officer.

This banks systems are behind about 15 years in technology and they clearly do not care about how they treat their customers.
