The store was clean and well organized but being watched will have me never going back to this store again. My husband and I being of color had eyes on us the whole time.....mind you there were plenty of others in the store at the time also. We were even told what register to use (didn't tell anyone else) to have us closer to her (so obvious) then acted like she was checking something on the pop machine to look at what I was doing. One thing I am not and will NEVER BE IS A THEIF. It's five below hunny you ain't working at a Gucci store.

I was shopping here earlier this week, looking for some fun outside water toys for my two boys. I was having some trouble finding things and this young gentleman greeted me, lead me to the right section, and showed me all the options. He even was asking me questions regarding my children, trying to get insight on what they might like. There needs to be more people with kind of customer service like this gentlemen. I think his name may have been Ethan? I was very impressed by his polite attitude and willingness to help me.

Went here to pick up some party balloons and miscellaneous toys for my kids.
The woman and man at the checkout on 6/16/2024 were amazing. The woman proceeded to check out all of our items and the man began blowing up our balloons while we took things to the car.
When I got back to the store they greeted me with the balloons which were arranged in a staggered arrangement with each of them being higher than the other. I didn’t ask for this and it was just an added touch that made this simple experience so much better.
I’ll always come here for simple party balloons and such from here on out :)

Always interesting to go into a Five Below! You may go in there for something you were looking for or you may just be going in there to peruse, but it is always interesting what you come out with. It's going to be cheap and it's going to be fun.Enjoy!

What a neat place for cheap Goods, I imagine this is like if Temu or Shien had a physical store. The only thing that would be missing is the fast fashion. This is a great place for super cheap Goods, and since the Dollar store is now a Dollar 25 store, this would rival that. The self-checkout option is an interesting experience but it makes processing your order move quickly. If you decide to invest in some of the electronics that are carried here, I would do a review or find some research before purchasing. Which I think should possibly be done when purchasing electronics for under $10. The last time I was here I was impressed that I found a little carry on suitcase for $25.

Lots of cheap gifts for the holidays. As my son and I were looking for the check out we walked through to the self che k out the lady let us know we went the wrong way. You have to go through the huge line of candy. There should be a better set up for that or put a sign up. I wasn't the first to do that luckily there wasn't a wait
