Good selection but rude, condescending staff who don't follow through on their commitments. I'm a remodel contractor / real estate investor. I tried to set up a commercial account several times but they acted like they weren't interested. I eventually gave up and went elsewhere. My personal credit is exceptional. My business credit is as well. I have over $100,000 worth of heavy equipment financed and always paid on time.I have company credit cards with zero late payments. I can't even get these people's attention long enough to open a $15,000 credit line.

If you love tile, this is your store. They have an amazing selection of materials, and they have very friendly staff. I get all of my supplies from Florida tile. I just wish they were closer to Estes Park.

Great selection of tile and accessories. You'll need to be a contractor to purchase products without going through a 3rd party like Dale's... which seems like more of a hassle than is necessary.

Loved my experience at Florida Tile. I wanted to buy some power grout for my shower and The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. First I talked to Rachel on the phone and she did a great job at communicating with me and then when I went to the store she was there to help me and explain the product to me.

Vey polite and friendly. It's a contractor direct store so they won't give you the prices they give your contractor. They only sell directly to contractors. They did give full retai prices, those were kinda scary. Great selection. Remains to be seen if their prices will come close to other big box stores like Home Depot or Lowes.
