Spent 2 hours shopping and when checking out, a few things didn’t show the price as it labeled. Also, the sign said “buy one get one free for short, jeans, cargo pants and sandals”, but it turned out it’s only for women, and they have the sign at the men’s section which is super confusing. The funniest thing is the employees looked confused too because when we were asking, some said those match the deal and the manager said no. Guess the store needs to be reorganized.

thanks for making me drive to your store just to have to turn around because your store hours were wrong. i nicely called and asked if i could have my package since apparently you close at 6 and it was 5:59 even tho online it said you close at 6:30, and someone incredibly rude answered and basically told me to f off even tho i apologized for calling a minute before closing when your doors were locked and was understanding that i couldn’t pick up the package even though that was your fault. maybe keep them hours updated so you don’t lose business.

I bought some items and I didn’t realize one of the shirts was Large Size!I went to store to buy more items that I liked and then ask to change that large size for a small size (I’m XS or S) and they told me they couldn’t change any clearance item (it was $12) but I wasn’t asking for money back I just wanted to change the size! It’s a simple thing to do and they couldn’t. I didn’t like that customer service so I ended not buying anything of the extra items I was going to buy. I’m not coming back to this store ever.I have visited other forever21 in other states and it’s the first one customer service is not good.

I used to work here...the managers force employees to bully customers into giving an email for "there numbers" before they will give them a receipt. This has to be illegal somehow

If you don’t give them your email, they won’t give you your receipt, not even the paper receipt. What in the world??? Like I just want my dam receipt, why do I have to give you my personal info ? ?

Last Saturday I purchased a couple clearance items from this store. During check out, the cashier asked for my email. I don’t like to use my email due to all of the unnecessary advertisements I receive and the chance it may be sent to a third party for further unwanted junk mail. I told the woman no thank you, but in return I received backlash that I would not be able to receive a printed receipt without an email. The woman was condescending (telling me to just unsubscribe from the email list when it comes through) and provided no source of customer service or different options. After the purchase was complete, I saw the person next to me get their receipt printed out AND because my items were marked clearance, I was told I could not return or exchange any items. The whole experience was frustrating for no reason other than this company forced me to provide my email and the employee made it a hostile experience. I work in a customer service driven field and would never give the hassle to any customer the way I received it that day.

I was “helped” by Caroline… she’s the worst human I’ve ever come across. I asked her where a certain shirt was that I saw online and she told me to just walk around the store and it “shouldn’t” be hard to find it. When I went to pay she kept looking me up and down? Maybe it’s because I’m bigger wearing a tighter shirt but keep your eyes to yourself. Crazy to think there is someone so ancient working at a trendy clothing store. I will not return to forever 21 until that disgusting lazy shadow leaves the store.

I had a horrible and very disappointing experience today with the store manager at the Fort Collins CO location. She told me she wouldn’t take my return because it’s been 30 days and threw my jacket at me knocking over something on the counter and almost hit my baby. I went home and checked the receipt when actually it wasn’t 30 days. She was extremely condescending and rude telling me she won’t take my return because the tag was ripped off when I had the tag and the receipt in hand. She wouldn’t offer me an exchange or store credit which I asked about 4 times. She walked away from me and ignored me which left me no choice to leave. Store manager name was Caroline and should NOT be working customer service. I will NEVER be shopping at Forever 21 again.

the girl manager or supervisor with short dark hair is so rude. thee workers look you up and down when you walk in. and they dont open their fitting rooms anymore so you have to take everything home and then bring it back to return. when u return they will say u can only get store credit!

Put a dress on hold, came back an hour before my 24 hour hold time was over and they sold my dress, employee had an attitude and sat there talking to her friend the entire time I was asking for help.

Took my daughter school shopping here for the first time and our cashier was Ali. She was very pleasant and polite and made us feel welcomed even though it was in the middle of a rush.
