Justin was fantastic! He replace my OTN and also spent the time to carefully test my system to ensure it was working correctly. He also provided good advice on how I might upgrade my service.

So amazing to have municipal broadband and not be forced to use Corporate ISP monopolies. The Internet is fast and reliable and any issues we've had were always promptly responded to and resolved (shout-out Pedro!).
