Great place for pretty much anything. The place has a good vibe about it. The guys are all knowledgeable, friendly and honest. They didn’t push anything I didn’t need. And gave me a price on the things I will need to possibly replace in the future. It only took an hour while they changed my oll and ran the instruction. Highly recommend

Fort Collins Muffler and Automotive, were straightforward, honest, and prompt.
They did an excellent job on my car, and even gave me a loaner car to use while it was being worked on. For living an hour away, that was huge! I highly recommend their services.

They got me in the next day & had my car fixed that afternoon. My muffler had some clips rust through & needed to be reattached. Everyone was so kind & my car is sounding great! I would highly recommend them!

Had a good experience here. I took my car to a mechanic back in New York to replace a bad upstream O2 sensor before driving 1700 miles back to Colorado. New York mechanic refused to replace the sensor and charged me 75 bucks lol. I took my car here after getting back home and they replaced the sensor with my provided part with no questions asked. Unfortunately I still had to drive 1700 miles at 17mpg average but I am back to getting 30mpg which I am happy about.

Had an exhaust flange bolt break and the exhaust got loud. The repair process was smooth and they offered to shuttle me back to work while the car was being worked on. Great communication before, during, and after. I recommend this shop.

This place is great! Dale is the best! I had to get my tire replaced on my Jetta, as a younger college girl I didn’t feel I was being pressured to fix a bunch of other things with my car, they were not pushy at all! Dale was so communicative and helpful through the whole process. I especially appreciated that they offer rides to and from wherever you need to go while they work on your car. My turn around rate was 1 day for them to order me my tire and switch out my popped tire.

Took my vehicle in to have it serviced bc of an ongoing issue. I always try to fix my own mechanical issues when I can and tired but failed on this attempt. I took it in and the mechanics gave me a solid report on what all is going on with the car in terms of issues that may become problems in the future, etc. They were also very honest and told me the problem was very simple and that one of my coils was just out of place. They fixed it, only charged be the diagnostic fee which was more then reasonable and the car has been working great. I’ll definitely be going back in the future.

Great experience with this shop! They are honest and transparent about what work is necessary and what can wait. Pricing is very fair and they are honest regarding labor pricing. My job did not take the amount of labor that they expected when they quoted me the price, and the final cost was almost $900 less than the quoted price. Cars driving great!

Brought my car in for an exhaust issue, they took care of it the same day and at a very good price. They were easy to work with they were transparent and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need or want. I appreciate the honest service. The free shuttle ride home was a great addition too.
