They have a nice selection of dresses but I had an off experience last night.
I was looking at dresses and the female employee started a fitting room for me, placing some of the dresses in the room. The male employee didn’t smile or greet me, and stepped in front of me without saying anything while I was looking at clothing.
When I came to the fitting room, the dresses had been put back by the male employee and the female employee apologized and looked for them. I was in the fitting room trying on clothing with the curtain CLOSED and the male employee walks up and opens the closed curtain. Extremely strange to open a closed curtain considering they were all open when I entered the store. He apologized, but once I was outside the dressing room, he made no effort to show his remorse and instead hid in another part of the store.
The female employee was really nice and the clothing selection was great but I truly hated this experience.

My girlfriend and I came in today looking for a casual dress for a wedding. We were quickly greeted and welcomed by Cam. He was easily able to help my girlfriend find a dress that looks good and fits nicely. Not only that but he also helped her find some other clothing articles for other occasions. Cam really knows what he is talking about and gives a genuine, and friendly opinion. He upsells and suggests other items to go well with another, but he is not pushy whatsoever and is very sweet. He provided excellent customer service, made us feel welcomed, and surprised us with his demeanor and good attitude. Either give him a raise or a promotion of some kind, he deserves it.

We had the most wonderful experience here. Cam was the most helpful attendant we have ever had in picking out clothing, helping us find the most beautiful cuts and colors for senior pictures. Thank you!

Take your time and really dig around, there is more here than meets the eye. I almost always find something. Currently they have some cute 4th of July inspires stuff that could be worn all summer. Always my first stop for a new date night outfit. The employees are always helpful and friendly.

Bad customer service. I had a not so great experience where I had troubles using my rewards points. I went to the Loveland location where they were much more friendly and were more than happy to help me. They were able to apply my rewards discount regardless of technical difficulties.

Had a great experience here! This place has the CUTEST dresses for spring. I didn't catch a name, but the employee with the colorful short blue hair was SO helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dresses!! I'll definitely be back soon, this place is my new favorite store!!

UMA!! Girl you made my whole day. I went in yesterday to find a birthday dress Uma was so sweet and pleasant she asked what i was looking for & i told her i needed a birthday dress. She immediately pointed out a dress & i fell in loveeee. I wouldve never picked it out on the rack I am so thankful she was there to help. She kept coming up with more options she picked out some earings for me it was amazing. This girl needs a raise it felt like a luxury experience even my boyfriend was so happy about the experience and he HATES going shopping with me but he had so much fun. I give 20 out of 10 stars for her.this was probably the best shopping experience ive ever had & Uma has a great eye for fashion she knows her stuff. Thank you so much i cant wait to wear my dress this Saturday ????

After shopping 3 other stores in the mall with my 12 and 14 year olds I found my self saying let's try this cute little shop. We were NOT disappointed! From the customer service to the cute APPROPRIATE clothing everything about this store is awsome! My girls found dresses that made them feel cute and confident. We will most definitely shop this store more often.
