I don’t have a problem with the services or the people. I do have a problem with the website. It is a disaster and not very easy to navigate. Definitely would like to see that fixed.

WARNING. DO NOT WORK WITH FRED LOYA. All the branches in least Fort Collins are very VERY unprofessional. We had ran into a situation where I had gotten in an auto vehicle accident, and having them try and “help” me was the most TERRIBLE experience ever, mind you I have full coverage on my vehicle through them. They declined coverage, and absolutely HAD NO CLUE on what to do next and the next steps. I DID THEIR JOB for them and explaining what happens. The people that works at the branches absolutely have no clue what their doing. I think they should most definitely not be working there. The girls that I talked to were air heads not knowing a word that was coming out my mouth. I didn’t have the time nor day to talk to air heads nor explain what their job was, I had to speak to their manager and even getting ahold of the manager they absolutely did not know how and who that would be. UPDATE: talked to my lawyer and I was informed with our situation and how they handled everything etc. we plan to move forward to suing Fred Loya. Was told that this will be a great compensation but first and foremost, they will learn how to be professional and HIRE PROFESSIONALS.

I am outside the USA and they say I cannot cancel my policy, it has to be done in person. So I have to pay without using insurance.

I wish I could give them zero and I don’t know how they have 3.5 rating. The worst insurance company to work with one of their client hit my car while it was parked it’s been more than a month still I am unable to fix my car they told me that I can take my car to anybody shop I prefer but unfortunately no body shop in the town wants to work with their company everybody had negative reviews about them. I don’t know how they are operating with zero customer service I wish government ban these kind of companies.

I really don't know how I feel about this insurance they give you a price over there phone and then when you go in to the office it's a different price from over the phone..and when you tell them you get paid on the 3rd of the month they still try and take you money 5 day before you get paid.

I have a love-hate relationship with Fred Loya. I would give them 3 1/2 stars because it's not quite four but shouldn't really be three.
They are cheap. And sometimes that's the most important thing. But they are ridiculous.
They're like the prepaid phone service of the insurance industry. If you go past the due date by one second your policy is canceled and you can't just reinstate it over the phone unless you bring all the vehicles in for them to inspect again. You can't just add a new vehicle over the phone. if you cancel any policy because you have to get a new one because you added a vehicle and want full coverage on one and not on the other, even though it's not your choice to cancel the original policy they will charge you $50. There are other things but those are the major ones.
That being said, this office is managed by a very efficient woman and she does her job well. It's the limitations of the company not her. The bottom line is if you can afford to get insurance anywhere else I would. Thankfully I've never had to deal with them in an accident yet so I can't report on that side.
