Today (9-16-24) I brought in two lost dogs for a chip scan. I WAS a patient here with several dogs for 5 years and I will never be back. Not only did the woman say “I NEED TO TAKE THE DOGS FROM YOU” she escorted me right out of the building like I had no reason to do be there and with no assurances of what would happen if the owner didn’t arrive. I think she was looking at me like i stole these animals and im going to be contacting her boss tomorrow, but after the thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars ive spent here, NEVER AGAIN. You should be absolutely ashamed of your business and employees.
Edit: Was contacted and told that they will NEVER give out an animal owner’s number even if you are a stranger trying to return their lost animals. They would not have cared if i had drove off and never given them back. They upsell you at ever chance to male you feel like you aren’t doing enough for your pet. That’s not the way people who care about animals behave and ashamed of myself for supporting them as long as I did.

If you are looking for a local vet clinic, look no further. This is the one! They are so welcoming, helpful and in a matter of minutes have gained our confidence that this is the right place for our puppy. I loved how they offered to check in with us the next day after our pup was in for vaccinations. And sure enough they did, I love that welcoming feeling they all gave to us.

I always am nervous brining my dog to the vet because he is very anxious and gets aggressive. The vet and staff were so great with him and made me feel much better about bringing him in. They throughoutly answered all my questions and were so sweet. I feel much better about bringing him back to Front Range.

What a great clinic! The person at the front desk was so friendly and could tell my cat was a bit anxious so she put us in a room right away. The tech was so sweet and the doctor took time with us and it didn't feel rushed. The atmosphere was really nice and I just appreciated how smoothly everything went! It was a much better experience than I have found at other vet clinics.

It's aways a positive experience at Front Range. The whole staff is welcoming and friendly and pays a lot of attention to my Emmy. All the Vets are great (although I do have my favorite.) Hugs Doctor A.

Dr. Foster is one of my favorite humans. Incredibly kind and patient and so helpful! I never want to take my dogs to anyone else.

Without the quick reaction to my call and immediate scheduling and referral to the specialists. If another 6 to 12 hours had passed our Tippy would be deceased. Thank you so much for acting so quickly! We are greatful

The clinic was great about getting us in the next day when our dog needed an appointment. We transferred our dog's care here as it's closer to our home. They were kind, timely, and knowledgeable. They were also transparent and accurate about costs. We look forward to having them as our new vet!
Update 6/4: Unfortunately we ended up having to put our sweet dog down, but Front Range Vet was amazing in their support. They called to check in, sent a condolences card with handwritten notes, and showed so much genuine care. If we ever get another dog, I will be returning to this vet!

Very awsome experience they got my dog rushed in asap and was able to get her some medication to help. Rebecca the assistant was remarkable and helped us the whole way through and got as much information about my dog before continuing thank you guys so much! Rippley also thanks you!

The staff and Doctors at Front Range are all EXCEPTIONAL! I have used many vets over the year that were good but these ladies have just that little "extra"! For the MOST part we take our pets to the vet because something is wrong. Sometimes it's a little thing, other times it's very serious or sometimes it's just for a checkup. NO MATTER the reason the staff and Drs are ALWAYS professional, very knowledgeable and above all VERY CARING! I truly see them as an extended family because of the care and compassion they show myself and my beloved dog EVERY TIME I visit their office or talk to them on the phone! I really can't say enough good things about Front Range!!!! I trust them COMPLETELY ???

Friendly, caring staff and doctors, but it is starting to feel more about the numbers then it used to in the past. The waiting area and reception area have been reduced significantly to add more exam rooms. I realize that a veterinary practice is a business, but I'm not certain how I feel about these changes.

We took our dog today and all of the staff including Dr Albino were incredible. Our dog does not like going to the vet and he needed attention and a nail removed and bandaged. The professionalism was top notch and the care our dog received was incredible. Special thanks to Melanie and Danielle and Dr Albino for such great care. This is not our normal vet clinic as we were in from Texas. We could not have been treated any better.
