I am having so many issues with my state farm claim.Right now state farm is denying part of my repair claiming that since I was hit from behind they won't fix any damages on the front of the car. However, the impact pushed me onto the concrete barrier.I have no idea what State Farm agents do because Gary has not helped me at all.If you know of any agents that help their clients, please let me know. I would love to move my policy!

Good Luck cancelling a policy with this location! They will tell you that you never cancelled and they will continue to charge you. Apparently this location NEVER makes mistakes. They never forget to cancel a policy when asked to, they would never forget to put a policy cancellation in their notes. They are the perfect State Farm location, and they NEVER make mistakes! Arielle Greer keeps copious notes, but didn't include the cancellation in her notes, that's not copious note-taking. "ALL customers are LIARS" according to Gary Cramer. To be such a loyal customer to this State Farm location for 2+ years, (never missed a payment) and then to be called a Liar when trying to cancel my policy is nothing but egregious. Some sort of compromise or help with this would have been the right thing to do, but it was basically tough luck and customer has to pay for their mistake. I had to call corporate to actually cancel my policy, after asking this location 3 times, and luckily corporate believed me and backdated it to the 1st time I actually tried to cancel it. To say dealing with this state farm location was dissapointing, would be an understatement.

Easily the best insurance office on the front range. Been with them since 2012. Insuring several vehicles, no longer a home but used to have that policy. Amazing customer service. The old-school kind where I try to give them my policy number and Clairissa already has it pulled up and just asks which car I'm calling about. It's always important to compare and try to get the best rate but if it's even close sign with Gary Cramer. It's on my top ten best decisions list.

This place well is a mess..had this insurance for a long time. Get bills that went up no explanation...try to figure it out just get told...more stuff to confuse me. Grant it it isn't always easy to figure it out but when it comes to money we should know. Also had an app and he never showed up. Claiming it was the next day even though I had an email to confirm it. Info on my insurance is always wrong. I think I'll be looking for a better place with better prices. I don't know it's frustrating...I would think they would be more helpful being a long time customer. The front desk person...

For some reason this office never gets things right the first time, so you have to double check everything. Seems to have improved a bit in their new location, and they have added a fee new people. Long time ago was told that Gary was going to meet us on a Saturday, and stood us up with lots of excuses.
