Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They will not speak on the phone or in the office. They insist on email communication only. This is after giving them $2,000 and then telling me that I they would support me with the taxes they prepared for me.I called because one of the years they prepared for me wasn’t received by the IRS. I was told the woman who prepared my taxes would not speak to me on the phone. So I emailed her to tell her the situation and asked her to send my taxes to the IRS via FedEx. She told me that they didn’t mail them for me because “we never mail taxes” although i gave them the envelope to mail while she stood there.I called to speak with her and was told by the receptionist the preparer would not be calling me back. I then asked for Dana, the boss and was told that, although he was in the office, he was “doing something personal” and wasn’t able to speak with me either. So I went to the office and was told I would not be allowed to see her because “she was too busy”. So I went back to her office and she got aggressive with me, so I got aggressive back because I was so frustrated that she was calling me a liar and we got into a yelling match. I cop to that.Then Dana the boss comes out and several times tells me “he doesn’t care” that my taxes weren’t sent and that I thought their customer service was terrible.

Their customer Service is awful. They will not communicate by phone or in the office (unless there are papers to sign our bills to pay).\nI paid $2000 for them to prepare my taxes and yet they will not take a phone call from me?

I was very excited to meet and hire Geyer & Associates for CPA services and management of my financial assets. I booked a consultation and was called the morning of informing me that my appointment time had changed. The receptionist was very short and matter of fact and took absolutely zero responsibility for the errors made with regard to scheduling. These types of oversights and lack of attention to detail do not give me confidence in a firm that I am looking to hire for management of my finances.

I am a client of Geyer yet am treated as an inconvenience. They would not take my call until I demanded to speak to Dana (owner), who was irritated when he came on the line, and told me “this is how our world is now” and “we can’t just drop everything when someone calls”. He continued “at your job do you just drop everything when a customer calls?” which is really rich seeing I’m a firefighter. Will absolutely not pay this company another cent and would like to give them negative stars.

I went from a six digit salary down to disability. My taxes were a mess. Geyer and Associates got everything cleaned up and I even got money back. This i did not expect. If you think you are getting all your deductions with turbo tax or HR block you are mistaken. I drive to Fort Collins just to have may taxes done. They are worth it!

I have utilized Geyer and Associates for many years for both personal and business tax preparation. They are responsive to my questions and are extremely helpful interacting with the IRS and have helpful tax preparation forms to make things easier for me.

I was new to Fort Collins a few years ago and needed some professional help with my yearly tax preparation and filing. Geyer was recommended to me and it was a great recommendation. I had several conferences with them over the course of several filing seasons and they were always prepared to address my questions in person, email or text.I'd recommend them as they are centrally located in Fort Collins and have been very accommodating to my schedule when we need to meet. Services are good, pricing is fair and the staff is friendly.

I've been doing my own taxes for several years but last year brought a bunch of changes making them more complicated! We hired Geyer & Associates and were so happy with their work! They handled everything we threw at them, were super pleasant to work with, and saved us tons of money! We appreciate them and are so glad to have found a trustworthy CPA!
