I understand it’s a thrift store but it’s extremely messy and the floors are disgusting. They have a decent selection but for a second hand store they’re prices are ridiculous.

The Goodwill employees opened the box of items I was donating and starting THROWING the items into bins completely unnecessarily. They threw breakable things and even threw things into bins that were 15 or 20 feet away. I was appalled.

Just so everyone gets the memo “you must separate items”. That’s ridiculous. I’m giving you my stuff for FREE and this big “non profit” company is able to make more money and not pay taxes on those “charity” donations. I will never bring anything to you or buy anything from you!And the store, don’t even! Yuck!!!!!!!!

Lot’s of great items in pretty good condition! Reasonably priced, good customer service, pretty clean and very organized (in comparison to other Goodwill’s I have shopped at. Overall, good experience across the board!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A while back, I went to the Fort Collins Goodwill and bought a couple of items - a backpack for $8.99 and flip-flops for $1.99. Paid by credit card, was not given a receipt, and didn't think of asking for one at the moment. When I arrived home and checked my credit card notifications, I was shocked to see a charge of $83.49 listed (many times over the sum of $8.99 + $1.99 + tax). I was puzzled how the cashier came up with the $83.49 charge for those two little items. I live about 1.5h hours away and decided to drive back the next to fix the mistake and request a reimbursement of the overcharge. Talked to the manager, explained what happened and what I needed from him. "Sorry, mam, without a receipt, nothing we can do" was his response. I told him the exact time of the purchase and the exact cashier I was helped at, so he could look at the camera recordings and see that I was there and that those were the only items I bought, and that I needed the refund of the overcharge. He came back without a resolution, said he could not come up with a receipt, and without a receipt he could not provide a refund. Talk about going in circles and not honoring my request to correct their huge mistake!!! I was then told I should contact my credit card company. I did submit the refund request, and it was temporarily credited until they revised the claim. Two weeks later came the response; the claim was denied (no receipt to prove it to them, right?) and the posted credit was taken out of my account again. Back to square one. I traveled to F.Collins again weeks later when I had a chance and returned to the store to resolve the issue. I again explained it to the manager. He said, 'no returns'. Listen, Sir, it's not about returns, it's about getting my money back, that overcharge. I got no satisfaction out of this conversation, not even an apology. "Nothing we can do about it, we only keep the camera recordings for three weeks, so we cannot check and not give you the money back without a receipt". Rules / restrictions thrown at the customer to get out of taking the right action. NO care about the big problem caused to the customer, wasting not only my money but also my time!!! HOW DARE A BUSINESS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT MAKE GOOD ON THEIR MISTAKE? It's still a puzzle how the cashier came up with the $83.49 charge for those two little items. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE that gets me to write my first ever negative review for any business.

Everytime I go in I can always find something I want and need. Would be nice if they had a bigger section for the men's. The women section is way more bigger by like 5x and that's unfortunate if you are male. Usually always clean and no carts in the isles or kids running around which is good.

I witnessed the store manager, Rhonda, repeatedly displaying rude and disrespectful behavior towards employees and customers. When I visited the store as a foreign customer, I was met with outright racism. He mocked me for my limited English proficiency.

This used to be the best place to find clothing (especially jeans). I’d go in on the 50% off days, try on tons of stuff and usually spend $50-60+ every time. Since the remodel it’s gotten progressively worse. Inventory is lower (so everything seems very picked over all the time), clothing prices have gone up insanely for a thrift store (an old off brand sweatshirt is almost $10), and there are no fitting rooms. I used to never leave empty handed (and would have to go get a cart), now I leave without purchasing anything most of the time and am getting to the point where I hardly shop here at all.

This was the worst goodwill experience I have ever had. I never write bad reviews or return food but this was just awful. I shop at Goodwill all the time and came to look at some furniture, I found this type of table that I have been looking for a long time and was ecstatic. I said I would love to buy and one of the floor staff told me to take the tag and pay upfront. I asked him if he had to put a SOLD sticker on it like the rest of the furniture around me, he said no and I trusted him which was my mistake. I told the cashier how much I loved my find, she seemed incredibly annoyed that I was talking to her and didn't say anything except to pick up my piece in less than 24 hours. I come maybe an hour later to find that the piece is gone and has been sold again to someone else. The manager proceeded to tell me people "pick up and walk out with furniture all the time." and that he would refund my money. I told him to keep the money and I'll take another table that wasn't even close to the quality or type of the one I already bought. He told me that "wasn't allowed". I told him he wasn't allowed to lose furniture. I picked it up and walked out with it because apparently, people do that all the time.

Please remove the toxic perfume machines that were recently installed. It is not only disgusting, but a major health hazard to almost everyone who breathes. I normally spend a great deal of money in this particular store each month, but migraines and gagging should not be a condition of finding good prices. There is no excuse for this. Why can't you just install a normal air purifier like any sane business would have done?

Brought a load of NICE & CLEAN furniture to drop off and while their unloading/donation area was full of furniture in WAY WORSE condition that mine was, dinged up, dirty, damaged furniture and they refused to take any of it! Literally would not take a single piece of furniture out of the uhaul that I rented specifically to take this furniture to them to donate it! Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of time! What is the point of advertising that you accept all donations when your guys are rude and won’t take anything that people bring to them. Even tho just a few cars in front of us were unloading furniture that they took with no problems!

Disorganized, not every rack has sizing and I will NEVER understand why an organization that sells so much clothing would remove fitting rooms. Very d*** decision.

Please be careful with who you donate your items to. Goodwill has a policy store credit only and no refunds. Also no fitting room. I think next time I think about donating I will go directly to any place but Goodwill.

This is your typical Goodwill. Nothing special to be said about it. I did find a field guide, typically hard to find in a hand me down store. However, she charged me for a hardback when it was not. The items are definitely overpriced, and I'm sure employees are extremely underpaid. Everyone screaming about no dressing rooms, that hasn't been a thing for years anywhere I've gone and I travel the country for work.

No dressing rooms and prices are ridiculous. $5.99 for a Walmart stained bra ? Where I’m from (Texas) bras at good are $0.99. Shirts are almost $10 and not even for a brand name. I can never find anything good here and if I do, I don’t buy because the Price is outrageous. I also hate that I have to drive all the way to this exact location just to return my items that didn’t fit.
