I use this location regularly for work. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff here. They go above and beyond to help me and I use them any chance I get. Big shoutout to Kyla, Kelsi who I deal with the most and are always friendly and professional. The few times I couldn’t find what I need through the website or catalog and they’ve come through and found a supplier to get what I need. Other locations aren’t nearly as friendly or willing to help so kudos to the Fort Collins team!

While the ladies that answer the phone for Grainger, (not on site locally in ft collins) were highly professional, kind, and knowledgeable, the gentleman that work in the actual Fort Collins branch of Grainger were the exact opposite. We needed help choosing a residential, in the wall, air conditioning unit. They directed us to a unit, we purchased it, and brought it home to install. We got to the end where we needed to plug it in and it was the wrong voltage. Upon returning the unit that had never been used, we were given tons of attitude and argued with, as to why we would have chosen an industrial unit for a residential install. Keep in mind, they are the ones who gave us the option of two units that would work. When they finally agreed to take it back, they then informed us that it would be five weeks for a refund on our cash purchase of nearly $1000. The whole transaction was a waste of time and an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, I do not believe we will be using Grainger again.

The people at the Fort Collins location are awesome, and they always have or can get what I need. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because we can't call the store directly. Every single phone call has to go through corporate - which is extremely inconvenient.

Best Customer service I have ever had. Spoke with a woman named Hailey at the 800 number, she was such great help! When she was unsure of something she quickly found the answer for me and made sure I was fully taken care of. Great doing business with this company. Thanks :)

If you are looking for some of the major tool brands like DeWalt, Milwaukee and your regular supplier is back ordered We got parts next day from them. Definitely will be back.
