Zane and one of his techs (didn't get his name) helped me in a pinch late on a Saturday evening. They diagnosed a gasket leak and made sure that my oil levels were right - and had me on my way in minutes. Incredibly helpful! Thanks again, Zane!

If you’re wondering if you should use Jiffy Lube or Grease Monkey on Timberline, now that I’ve used both places several times I’m here to tell you to save the headache and hassle and just use Grease Monkey hands down 1000% better. You can get an oil change anywhere but the lack of pushing services I do not need, missing parts off my car, switching out a lifetime air filter for a disposable one, errors, service and people is what makes the difference. Thank you for the great service today Grease Monkey off Timberline!! So glad to find a place like you!

From 2014-2022, we had received excellent service at the Timberline location in Fort Collins. Today was a very different experience. We witnessed them tell a guy that his truck had an oil leak, but they couldn't tell him where. Turns out it was just a plug that wasn't plugged fully. Then, a woman came back from a nearby store to pick up her car and was informed that they couldn't do it because they couldn't get the oil filter off. She was frustrated and asked why they didn't bother to call her and let her know? She wouldn't have waited around for 45 minutes. Then, it was our turn. They couldn't figure out how to change the back wiper on our car. A quick YouTube search and my husband did it himself. When my husband asked how many miles he should expect to get from the premium synthetic oil, he was told 3000 miles. So, he looked it up on the brand's website where it said 10,000-15,000 miles. When shown the website, the Grease Monkey worker just blew it off and said that he was new and didn't really know.
