I contacted HIA on March 28th and spoke to Tania about switching companies for my existing home, auto, umbrella, and personal articles/art/jewelry policies that were set to renew with my existing insurer on May 1st. (My various policies carry about $18,000 in annual premiums, so not exactly inconsequential) I provided all of the declarations pages for my existing policies as well as other necessary information. I didn't hear anything for 10 days. I followed up on April 8th wondering why I hadnt gotten a response. On April 9th I was told I'd have something in a day or two. On April 12th I got another email from Tania saying she would work on getting my quotes finalized and send them to me. That's where things died. She never even provided a quote. It's a good thing that I reached out to another insurance agency as well, otherwise I would have been stuck with the very unfavorable renewal terms through my existing insurer.
The other agency I contacted the same day I contacted HIA communicated well and followed through on their committments, and iltimately earned my business. I did not have a positive, nor professional experience with Harmony Insurance Advisors.

I have been with Harmony Insurance for years and Tanya has always responded quickly, professionally, and either hard to get me the best deal or answer any questions. She is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I recommend this company highly and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I hate shopping around for insurance quotes! While some agents/agencies do lay out everything to you in a straight forward manner, there are too many who give you a "low ball" quote just to get you in their door, fail to disclose pertinent information, or provide misleading/deceptive information! ALL of these happened to me recently! It did NOT happen with Tania! In my initial phone contact with her, she ACTUALLY listened to what I was looking for and what my concerns were (especially cost). She is very personable, easy to talk to, and is very focused on DETAILS. Her focus on detailed information is what made the difference for me. When my daughter and I met with her, we went over the coverage offerings and options of several insurance companies. She EXPLAINED the different coverages and options so that we fully understood what we were getting with each. All of these insurance companies have their idiosyncrasies (as we found out); and even though it took a while to deal with them, she never stopped until she got things "squared away". When everything was said and done, I KNEW EXACTLY what my coverage was!

Tania is excellent! She spent so much time going over plans and coverage with us to make sure we had they best coverage at the best value. No need to go order a plan online when she’ll work directly with you to make sure everything is taken care of all while saving money! Highly recommend!
