Nikki deserves a raise.
After Enterprise in Loveland made everything worse, Hertz saved the day. Nikki deserves all the praise for handling a customer’s needs with grace and understanding. Even after misplacing the keys (it was a LONG day), which was entirely my fault, I called Hertz in Fort Collins to ask for help.
Without her help, I might have felt even worse and more stressed about work travel. Thanks to her excellent customer service and compassion, I will gladly be a Hertz customer for life.

Nicky was awesome. She had a ton going on but still took the time to make sure everyone, including me, was taken care of. She kept things moving, stayed kind and professional, and got us on the road quicker than I expected. Really thankful for the way she handled everything with a smile.

FYI, the office IS inside the Marriott.
I needed to have my work truck repaired, they said it would be a few days so I knew I would need to rent a truck. I booked a full size pickup with 4 wheel drive. Later I received a call from a live person 2 days before my reservation to confirm the details. This led me to believe my rental truck would be prepared. The office is supposed to open at 8am. This is apparently just an approximation, be prepared to wait for someone to show up. Then wait as they settle in and get the computers running. Finally I'm all set, they said they will get the truck and bring it up front for me. They must park the rental vehicles at another location because I waited for over 15 minutes to get my truck. When he pulls up with my rental truck he apologized for the delay stating he had to wipe it down, and hands me the keys then leaves. I walk around a take pictures of existing damage and notice that the truck is very dirty. It looks like the previous renter drove long distance, cause the front grill and windshield was covered in dead bugs, a lot of them. The inside wasn't cleaned, I can see were it looked like the guy who brought the truck out wiped a part of the dashboard with his hand (this must be the wipe down he mentioned). There is a sticky substance on the steering wheel, dried substance in the center console similar to spilled drinks. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed and there was drink bottles and caps under the back seat. I took the truck to a gas station to clean the windshield and I had to scrub to get the bug guts off, looks like they have been baked on by the sun a few times. I also got some car cleaner wipes to clean the steering wheel. I am very disappointed with this Hertz office and service. If you can, I would recommend not going this location.

Their hours are listed as open from 9:30 to noon on Saturday’s. Super frustrating to get here with a rental that’s acting up to find that they can’t manage their own Google listing. Had it been accurate, I’d have figured out a different solution.

My partner and I reserved a car for a few days and just went in to pick it up. Apparently what expedia doesn't tell you is that there is a $200 dollar deposit on top of the $350 that I already paid, and then they basically refused us the car because I did not have that on my credit card. Now I am trying to get a refund and I can’t get a hold of anyone. If I paid in full for the car already why is there another deposit and why were we not notified ahead of time, especially when i booked it over a week out? Person “helping” us was also incredibly unhelpful.

I rented an SUV from this location for one week. The vehicle I selected through the Hertz app. was ready for me and picking up the car was easy. Nicky helped me and I was on my way. It was a Jeep Compass 4WD and it served me well in the beautiful Colorado Mountain Towns including Leadville and Winter Park. I also received excellent customer service from Zane. Thanks Zane and Nicky. I look forward to my next rental at your East Horsetooth Road location.

Do not do it. No resolution to fix problems, push the issue to other locations. Then no one can give an accurate price nor permission to change rental becaise I paid online...

Unfortunately Dishonest practice supposed to be billing my insurance and bill me directly. Brandon Dodge dealership was a part of this in Fort Collins. Overdraft in my account in both refused to accept responsibility has caused me a lot of stress and great pain just not worth it.

Extremely uncomfortable and serves was not good made me feel like I was a bug said I was late but my pick up time was the time I got there so they gave my car to someone else the dude there is very unprofessional I don't recommend them at all I'd if the a 0 if I could use enterprise they were super nice and helpful hertz rental is not somewhere to go

I scheduled a vehicle pick up on May 8th at 5pm at the Hertz Marriott in Fort Collins. I called ahead to let them know I would be there right at 5 o clock to make sure someone would be available and I was told that they lock the doors at 5 sharp. If the business closes at 5 o clock there should be no option to pick up a vehicle at that exact time. I was never made aware of the specific locations hours and when I called and communicated with the gentleman, who I believe is the branch manager, he responded condescendingly and lacked basic customer service etiquette. He wasn’t helpful in the least bit. Another young woman who was present at the location after I arrived proceeded to tell me they didn’t even have a car available for me anyway. We were leaving that evening and couldn’t wait until the following day to proceed with the reservation, which was their solution. I followed up and had to proceed to call the corporate business line to initiate my refund as he told his coworker, who relayed it to me after the third phone call, that he couldn’t do anything to fix it. Overall incredibly unprofessional except for the young woman that helped me the day of. We ended up booking through Enterprise for a cheaper rate and better overall experience. Hertz is a joke 👍🏼

I have always had the best experience - starting with Matt who is now in Greeley and then with Santiago. Hertz has done a great job with this location! I travel so often and they have eliminated any concerns leading up to my travel!
