I wanted to share my appreciation for Bryce. A few days ago, I visited the store and needed help finding various items, as I don’t have much experience with construction. I had to ask for help at the front desk each time, so it took a lot of time to leave the store. However, when I returned yesterday, Bryce helped me find everything I needed quickly, saving me time. I truly appreciate his assistance!

We have been waiting over a month for a refund!
Bought a barn door on line. Sent it back and still waiting....have called so many people to try and get someone to check into this for me....I get different answers from every person (ft Collins,)...I just want a refund that is due to me!
Would love a manager to actually help me.
Note to self, Do Not order anything on line!!!!!

After multiple calls, endless time waiting on hold and to find someone that could help. It's been over a month.....but finally got our refund that was due to us.......**Special shout out to Jayden! He was the only person who seemed to care, and look into this for us! Thank you Jayden :)

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this store. The staff is helpful, bright, and experienced. I had an awful experience with Dewalt that Spencer helped resolve with no issues today. In addition, the same day Eli recognized I was with my young son and directed me to the free workshop in the back I was unaware of. This was a great surprise and makes me proud to shop orange. Keep up the good work (special shoutout to Eli and Spencer!)!

Today I came for an starli k. O line shows 5 in socke. 6 dofferent workers here didnt know the even sell that. The guy at customer servixe was careless and rude "single diigits must be gone" but bedore he said no stock. Just lies the numbers on screen. Didnt care at all
Its a home depot. like most of home depots.
But organized and clean. This is a mid/small size homedepot, so not all variations of tools/wood/etc are available here.
Also parking is a pain. Small parking in the fron of the store, and they made them mostly for handicaps/"pro"
In a busy day you only get to park very far. which is not that bad (if is not raining or snowing). but, lot of trucks using 2 spaces, or blocking the main entrance where they shouldn't park :/
Update: yesterday I came and a beautiful rainbow was there for a good picture.

Tried to purchase a patio door. Took 15 days to get a measurement appointment. Took off work for four hours to be there for the measurement. The person never showed up. Total confusion from the service desk and even when I called corporate.

This review is solely about store pickup. 14 items in stock, we order six. Arrive and it’s been canceled. Other employees say they’re on a pallet and go pull it. Why cancel an online order when you have the product? Employee laziness. Your customers deserve better than standing around the store for 40 minutes when it should’ve taken 5 minutes.

This review is based mainly on one particularly negative experience. I’m not a big customer but I’m a Pro member with about $10k annual spend and another $10k at Lowe’s.
I decided to try the curbside pickup to save time. I downloaded the app, parked in the spot, and checked in at 9am which is when curbside pickup starts.
The app said, “sit back and relax, an associate will bring your order to you”. After 20 minutes of sitting back and relaxing, I walked in to the customer service desk, where four employees were working, with no one in line.
The woman said, “sorry about that, we don’t have a phone up here, so we didn’t know about it.”
Another employee then went into the storage cage and retrieved the sheet of drywall with my name on it, leaving it next to the cage. I stood there for about five minutes until he said, “oh, did you want a flat cart to bring that out?”
I said, I thought I was getting curbside delivery. He said, “yeah, that’s why I offered you a cart”.
I then went over to the counter and found the other items from my order. A customer was there who saw what was going on and said to me - “you’re just getting one sheet of drywall? They won’t help with that.”
I said I checked in with curbside pickup, do they not offer curbside pickup on a sheet of drywall. He said, “no they don’t.”
A couple of customer service employees were right there, and they didn’t refute this.
So - as it stands, this store does not actually offer curbside pickup in which an employee actually brings the items to your vehicle, which is what I thought would happen.

Had an extremely positive experience with Ingrid and Derick. As a pro customer I work hard to avoid Homedepot on the weekends but this weekend we had some work to get done. On both Saturday and Sunday I encounter CSAs that went out their way to be helpful.

The self checkouts don't even have tap to pay. Ran in to get something and walked out because I didn't have my wallet as we are now in the future where everything is on our phone. I will not go back until they have two to pay.
