I have fond memories of Honey Baked Ham from 10 years ago, so we got a meal for (early) Christmas dinner. The sides were essentially frozen dinners, and tasted like it. Definitely won’t be trying this out again.

It was busy, but it's almost a whaddya expect? The wife and I grabbed the dozen ham & swiss sliders. Heaven. The chocolate rum cake is good, too.

Disappointed in the quanity in the Broccoli side and the Green bean casserole. The trays are only about 1/2 full, if that. And the flavor was just ok. I asked if the ham slices were glazed and was told yes they are. No, they are not glazed. I was told by their customer service to specifically ask when I placed the order a week before. If I’d wanted plain ham, I would have paid about 1/2 the price and picked one up in the store. The turkey gravy was VERY tasty, the turkey was moist and tender, and the ham was just OK without the glaze. I will go back for the meat, but not the sides.

Love Honey Baked Ham! All the workers there were so nice and helpful. The line moved quicker for me this year considering I came the day before Thanksgiving to pick up my order! Would highly recommend! If you don’t want to wait in line then I would definitely go sooner in the week or even the week before to pickup. I went early to make sure I was able to get the sides I wanted 🧡

The pickup service makes absolutely no sense. Pre-paid orders are served by one register who also has to go gather the order. Meanwhile, walk-ins are served by three registers and the line moves twice as fast, easily. It took me over 50 minutes to get my order - 20 minutes beyond the end of my pickup window. What’s the point in ordering ahead?

Do NOT go for any holiday. I prepaid to make it quicker but it's absolutely not. Their line management is a zero stars. They have one person helping the longest line and three people helping the short line. It's dumb and I've been in line for over 30 minutes for one item. Won't do this again

I stopped in for lunch on my way to work. (I didn't know they had lunch, until someone posted it in a FB group) Super friendly staff, excellent customer service, and food was delicious. There wasn't even a line, so I got in and out really quick. The turkey sliders were sooooo good. I will definitely be back for holiday meals AND lunches!
Parking: It was empty, so it was really easy to park by the door and get in. Otherwise it's in the Sam's Club lot which has ample parking nearby.

Amazing staff! Generous, courteous, and very friendly to all patrons. All while doing dual roles with renovating the shop and keeping up with the demands of customers. Very impressive and refreshing!

If I could leave Mike 10 stars I would! This is the BEST customer service I have ever received! He is one of kind! The food was amazing! Catering went better than I could have ever asked! Support local! I’ll never go anywhere else again.

I ordered a bone-in ham at this location for Christmas but ended up with a boneless ham instead. It was still good but I was bummed because I wanted to make my sons favorite soup from the hambone. I took the feedback survey they sent via email and mentioned I had gotten the wrong ham. They called me the next morning and were adamant about making things right. The man who called me, Brandon, must’ve apologized half a dozen times, he was very professional and a total sweetheart. Not only did he give me a big hambone and soup mix so I could make my sons favorite soup, but another quarter bone-in ham. Incredibly kind and customer oriented. They definitely won me over, I will come back and buy from them again.

Picked up food for Christmas. We zipped right through the line while the same pre paid people were still waiting for someone to bring them thier orders. We didn't see anyone even working that area. Sooo apparently it is better not to pre pay. We feel bad for those people but we had a very good experience!
