We bought a cocktail table at HW and it was delivered today. Peter was great during the sales process and Martin and Eric did an excellent job during the delivery process. We have purchased other items before from HW and will do so again in the future. We love HW!!

Don and the wonderful people at HW are a pleasure to work with. They have guided us so many times as we were setting up our vacation home in Colorado. They have such unique and high quality products for the home, ranging from furniture to coffee table books and bath.A great shopping experience.When we walk in we love too many things!

Wow! Extraordinary service and amazing group of professionals that I really needed when I was looking for help. And I got the help I needed with Don and his awesome staff. I purchased a beautiful blue velvet sectional with coffee table ottoman and I love every moment. Don recommended the sectional and it was perfect! He was very thorough and knew what I was looking for. And he was beyond personable and professional which I will go back again. The store is beyond gorgeous and beautifully displayed. Thank you Don and HW Fort Collins! You made my life much happier!

Just moved to Northern Colorado. Got lucky. The First place we went shopping for furniture for our new home was HW Home! Met by the friendliest people, Don & Olivia both at the Fort Collins store were very helpful and went out of there way to help us with our selection. They represent 130 lines and very nice ones at that!We love our piece and it adds a lot to our home!Then as you may know the white glove delivery was just as good! Benjamin & Martin were very conscientious and careful bringing it into the house. Couldn't ask for better service!!It's been a great experience all the way around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thanks! Omg, I am in love! Let’s just say, the packaging was a lot to unwrap. But for the long journey it took to get to me here in Hawaii- you folks did an amazing job protecting this precious gem! I appreciate you folks for going above and beyond in assisting me with my purchase. It was a long process as I’m such a picky person, but your folks customer service and patience through it all has been wonderful. And the product itself is beyond what I imagined. Love love love! I visited with my wife the other day after not being in the store for 2 years and definitely seen the changes including management. Don the designer is very talented, cheery and was able to connect with us with what we want for our newly purchased home in Longmont. We are moving to our new home sometime in September and we love all the ideas that Don shared with just showing him photos of the place we purchased. Kuddos to this store. Way better than other stores we visited in Denver.

Huge improvement from the way it was five years ago. I spec a TON of furniture for my clients and five years ago could not get anyone to help me. Now Trista is very helpful. I do feel that the trade account offerings are not that competitive but it is nice to have this as an option locally.

Trista was great to work with. We bought in CO but had our furniture delivered to AZ. Trista took care of all the details and made the process easy! HW is a quality store with amazing furniture.
