Staff was friendly, shop seemed organized, and clean, diagnostics were better than average, communication was courteous and not at all condescending. Compared to several shops in Fort Collins, Scott’s offers customers a more professional, efficient team of people who clearly want to treat everyone who walks in the door as a priority.

This place recently opened by my house and I’ve been there a couple times. They are always very friendly and extremely helpful, and set me up with a loaner car once which was a lifesaver. Definitely recommend!

I was very pleased with the service and repairs and customer service I received. Scott and his team are awesome and very knowledgeable. No hard sales pitches just honest answers of what needs to be done. I would highly recommend them. Being an older woman and mechanically challenged they are hands down the best.
