Ben is the most knowledgeable & reliable mechanic I have ever known. I have a Subaru & older/high mileage 4Runner and he’s been brilliant with repairs, considerations and operates with integrity in every instance. Recommend highly.

I have been taking my Toyotas and Subarus to Integral Motors for 25 years. Always honest and I can rely on them for practical advice on repairs. NEVER had to bring my car back for a re-do. Hands-down the best mechanics I've ever worked with.

This is the most honest and wonderful mechanic I've ever been to! I've been to several places in town and haven't had any terrible experiences, but Ben stands out above the rest after just two experiences having him work on my cars. The first car we brought in was a 2006 Honda Element that we were trying to sell that had a ticking noise. He thought it could be resolved with a valve adjustment, which he performed, but the ticking was still slightly there. He said it might be a transmission issue, which he would refer us to a transmission specialist for and then he DID NOT CHARGE US for the valve adjustment since it didn't actually fix the problem we'd set out to fix. Even after arguing with him some, as we were more than happy to pay for the work he did, he was insistent. We then brought our newer Honda Odyssey in that we'd just bought and pretty much gave him freedom to do whatever he felt needed to be done because we didn't have any history on the car and wanted to get it all in good working order. We got a call from him saying it mostly looked great and these several things were all that needed to be address and we were pleasantly shocked at how low the quote was for those things. When people say Ben is honest and this place is unusual, they aren't kidding! I'll never go anywhere else. I've already referred him to everyone I know.

Ben and his team are great mechanic who know they're stuff. He is also very conscientious in advising customers on what to have done, so you don't end up with more charges than needed. He's so fair and clear, it's a pleasure working with him and having a reliable mechanic.
