The depreciation of loyalty is mirrored in greed. JJ's switched to an online portal that required it's customers to set up an account and enter banking information for billing purposes. No phone call, no paper statement, just an email. Thinking I was on auto as I have been for nearly 7 YEARS without missing a single payment, I checked my spam an noticed I was one day late and as a consequence charged a $20 late fee. Called JJ's who declined to waive the late fee. I'm almost certain a paper statement is required by law in order to do this, especially when they had up-to-date payment information, but regardless, a disrespectful example of loyalty having no appreciation.

Wow, I just got a voicemail that they had my boat towed because of fraud on my credit card and that I hadn't paid it for a couple of months. That's beyond alarming. I've been paying them for a year.I'm waiting to hear back from them but just so you know, I called them to give the new number, they called me back, I called them and round and round we went. Never did I get a letter or phone call letting me know they would be taking such drastic action. Geez.

Friendly! Neighborly! That good old small town feel! We often enter the store in the mornings where a couple of working boys may be sipping their morning coffee and conversing with the cashier. Employees are happy, helpful, and knowledgeable which speaks volumes about management! Management is always on the front lines helping customers too! This is one of the greatest things employers can do for their employees. They set a fantastic example and have a great attitude every time we set foot in the store. All around a fantastic vibe at JJ's! And if you haven't checked out the new Woodfired Pizza joint at JJ's- GO. NOW. Classy, inviting, elegant. You won't be disappointed!

Always friendly employees here and it's walking distance plus next door they have great pizza. I do wish they were open later during the week.
