This is the first time I have come in and there wasn't issue where they did not see or something properly. And when I had it taken to the shop they told me it had not been properly fixed.

I went to Jiffy Lube on Sunday for an oil change, and the process was so easy and fast! The manager (whose name I’m unfortunately forgetting) was so kind and helpful! He explained everything so well. I appreciated that the service recommendations they gave me didn’t feel like I was being pressured into them. So glad I went to Jiffy Lube! Thank you!

I needed a fluid flush and they did a great job. I had plenty of oil life left and they let me know that and didn’t try to push an oil change. Thank you.

First the free chip repair was not true, was charged 50$(said only take cash). Then was told the chip work was the best they can do, so best that it started cracking more.
