The people are helpful. They contact customers fairly quickly when an issue arises. Haven't had a problem with them personally. Insurance is just a burden for those who are responsible. If people didn't just think, "I can make that light"; "I'll run this sign no ones watching"; "I'm on a bike, I have right away"; "this is a protected cross walk, they will have to stop"; "I'll change those brake pads another day"; or any other justification to not be a responsible human, then insurance wouldn't be necessary. However, within a society that is litigious, people justify with, "I'll just sue". Not if you die. Be better.
