Fraudulent activity. Watch what you buy these guys deserve to go out of business. Web site and store signage says holiday items 70% off. We were only received 20% off on two items. The other item they claimed was 10$ more than the tag on it and they marked it down from the new made up price. Stuff was cheaper when they weren't going out of business. #false advertising #scam #bad business #good riddance

Good stock of items I needed but generally go to Michaels because Joann's only have one cashier at a time and to avoid the line I decided to use curbside pickup and was told on the phone they no longer do it. The website says it as does this sign on the front door. If it is a corporate change, corporate needs to take care of it because it's super dumb that all signs of it existing are still shown.
Service is otherwise good, no complaints about staff but I dread coming here.

Do not place an order online! You will not be able to get a hold of anyone. I placed an order on the 8th of December, it is now the 2nd of January. I have sent at least 20 emails and no response. The package says it was damaged and returned but no update or tracking on when or if I get my new items. I have sat on the call center for an hour until they hung up on me and said they can’t hear me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and now they have my money leaving me with no way to fix this problem. The store says they cannot fix my issue because it was online

Unbelievably lazy staff members. We came into the store to buy some blackout fabric and found that their fabric aisle was full of boxes so we asked if we could get help getting the blackout fabric and were told that they couldn't move the boxes. Will happily give our business to someone else who doesn't have a messy store with lazy staff.

Multiple aisles unable to be accessed. Teetering fabric causing hazard so can’t look at products below. Every aisle I came in for was blocked with something. Also tons of missing price tags for items. This Joanns has been going downhill over the past couple of years

I was in the Fort Collins Joann's today around 3PM with my mother & daughter. I had an altercation with Ariya one of the associates. I never asked for help at any point but the interaction I experienced with Ariya was incredibly rude. As a previous retail manager, she definitely could have approached the situation in a far better manner. Without making my desired purchase we left the store very unsatisfied. Ariya, treat people better!

1 register out of 6 registers open, Friday after work rush, 12 customers waiting, feels like minutes per customer, at least 4 other employees on the floor. I hope I never have to go to this store again.

I understand that 1 hour before closing, employees have a lot going on. Having to shift from one task to another can be frustrating and time consuming. I don't expect anyone to blow sunshine up my butt when I'm at their register, but what I REALLY don't expect is to be treated like the biggest inconvenience on the planet.
Arya made sure I felt as rushed and uwanted as possible during the short interaction we had. I put my yarn skeins (3) out on the counter, barcodes directed at them, trying to play an active roll in not being an inconvenience. When I noticed the yarn was no longer on sale, I told them I'd like to use a coupon and pulled out my phone to utilize the Joanns app. They then audibly sighed and rolled their eyes at me multiple times. At the end, I told them that I hoped their day got better, seeing as how they were obviously stressed and wanted the people around them to know it. The response I got was "I hope yours gets better too".
I do not feel comfortable with the thought of interacting with such an unpleasant and abrasive individual in the future. I would also be very surprised if I was the only customer who has had this sentiment towards Arya and their choice of attitude.

Prices on Joann's own website are lower than in store and the employees are slow and unhelpful, lines are long and sold out of the good vinyl and upholstery fabrics. Won't price match their own website, just save the trip and shop online.

Confusing discounts hung together for the same time frame and you don't know until checking out that they don't both apply.
When it was brought up during the checkout process, Lois gave an extraordinary amount of attitude. We were requesting clarification and she became confrontational immediately.
We ended up requesting a manager who also turned out to be immensely unhelpful.
If 2 promotions are running on the same date period and signs are hung together, a person logically thinks they both apply. To be treated as we were when raising inquiries is disappointing.
I intentionally didn't order online to support our community but in the future, I will be ordering online or going to Hobby Lobby.

Probably the top tailoring material and equipment chain store around here.
Online shopping is possible but if you are shopping on their website and the item you need is not in the store nearest to you, they don't transfer to the nearest store for you to pick up, you only have to go to the next town or pay some expensive shipping charges.
They sell good quality

Joann’s had just what I needed for my project. I went in on an early Sunday morning and there was no line and check out with super efficient. I was able to use not only the standard coupon but also my birthday month coupon. Thanks Joann’s!

Horrible experience with the manager at this store. She was beyond rude. Colorado native for over 45yrs i would never recommend this business to anyone.
