In December of 2023 I unfortunately bought a cursed, lemon of a vehicle. Before being totaled by a basketball hoop last year, I worked with Kaizen to fix some minor damages from a parked collision. The workers were generally friendly and the manager was always so helpful when I called (including when I left some things I needed before a weekend vacation.) I can't speak to the deeper work they do, but as far as cosmetic damage goes they did a great job with my old vehicle!

Kaizen did an excellent job with my repairs! The work was done 3 days before expected, their customer service is top notch, and above all my car looks beautiful! Thank you so much for being a great shop!

Literally the worst experience in my life dealing with these people. Giving me weird looks when i was upset that they threw away my grill my bezels my license plate and my license plate frame. And dealing with the gm was no help when I was in there telling him that this was ridiculous that this was happening he laughed in my face and told me he didn’t hire the guy who did it. I have to get a whole new license plate number because I just don’t feel safe with the one I have now. And the gm was brushing it under the rug like it was no big deal. I wouldn’t wish this body shop on my worst enemy

My girlfriend went to get her bumper replaced along with some minor stuff and lets just say this is the worst place ive ever heard of hands down. They threw away parts for the bumper which delayed the process by a month which should have been a 5 day job based on what they said. They also somehow threw away her license plate which is mind boggling to say the least... After all the delays and screw ups on their ends they decided to discount her 150.00 which in my opinion is a slap in the face. After reaching out to the gm or whatever we got another 350.00 taken off but that still not enough considering how terrible they were. So not only did she get delayed almost a month over but they tried to get away with not compensating her for her time and their negligence. I believe this company will prey on people so id avoid at all costs.

They were on time with making the repairs , polite, very professional , there work is professional. My truck looks great and I would recommend them to everyone who has to have their car, truck repaired

Dont believe them when they say it’s only going to be 2 weeks. Lies. Months and month later still nothing. No communication. Nothing. People just standing around every time Ive been to this location.

I dropped off my nissan maxima through my insurance and kaizen did an outstanding job! It looks brand new. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks so much everyone at kaizen!

The amount of 1 star reviews is no surprise. They are the absolute worst repair shop I’ve ever experienced. Everytime I call about my vehicle I get a different response on why my vehicle is taking so long. My original estimated time was 2 weeks and it’s been months now. It’s evident the entire staff has no idea what they’re doing or how to be a proper business. If my review isn’t enough to convince you to stay away just read the other recent reviews since we’re all having the same experience.

Literally the worst auto body shop I have ever had to deal with. Dropped our car off August 1st and they said it would be OVER A MONTH for repairs. Checked today because they said it would be ready September 6th, FALSE. They said it would be AT LEAST one more week. Unacceptable!!! NEVER bring your car here to get repaired, they lie and string you along while holding your car hostage. Idk why our insurance recommended them, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Ridiculous

CUSTOMER BEWARE
I would never ever in 1 million years recommend using this place. Kim, The manager is absolutely the worst she’s the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Prevent yourself a lot of headache and frustration from using this place. This collision center still owes My Wife and I funds from our insurance company which they have repeatedly failed to pay. When we received our truck back, it was trashed worse than when we brought it into them. It had compound all over the truck and inside the truck in the vents in the seat crevices. The entire truck looks horrible and needs an entire new paint job because of the shady work they did. Don’t even get me started on the area supervisor I’m not 100% sure who’s worse Kim or Edwin. I would’ve left negative stars but Google doesn’t have that option? My insurance company is now investigating them and is now not recommending any of their customers to go to this location or any of their other locations. This is what my truck looks like now even after washing it, even the headlights have compound inside of them.

Such a turn off service. I have called them 10 times now for the estimate but every time the response is same "the person handling your file is not on the desk". I would never recommend them to anyone.
